I had placed an order through the mobile app for delivery on 5/4/2024 at 11.19 p.m. was supposed to be delivered by 11:58 and it was cancelled, it took me calling a minimum of 20 times for somebody to finally answer, when they finally answered, I told the person on the phone that the order was cancelled and both the email and text I received told me to contact the restaurant about the reason for the cancellation, the person who finally answered after about 20 times of me calling told me that the delivery order was handed out to the person who was supposed to deliver it, however the delivery person through "DoorDash", I guess decided they wanted to keep my order for themselves and mark it as delivered, and when I brought this up, the person who was on the phone with me was very unprofessional and borderline rude. they either need to re-evaluate this whole location or at least re-evaluate the nighttime staff's lack of professional courtesy or close it down, all I wanted was my order after a long night at work and now I am out 20 bucks and 40 reward points. Completely unprofessional male staff member/manager, specifically whoever answered the phone at 12:12 a.m. on 11/5/2024 after ignoring it for so long. like I said Jack in the box needs to take a good look at and re-evaluate your staff's lack of professionalism at this location. And based on other reviews I have seen and read maybe Jack in the box corporate should actually do something about this location!

For some reason, every time I'm about to get in the drive thru, there is always some crazy crackhead being violent. For example, one time, there was a crazy lady with bat treating to beat someone up. Another time, there were 2 crazy ladies throwing rocks at each other ? Despite this, I still come back to this specific location because there's a worker who works the drive thru (idk his name ?) who whenever he's there, my tiny tacos are always fresh and tasty i also always saw him wash his hands and change gloves! Give that man a raise! Yesterday was the first time I ever went inside, and the guy at the register was courteous!
Very rude drive thru cashier.didnt get the order right at all.pulled up to the window and this lady right off the bat gave us an attitude.she had gotten mad because we told her she got the order wrong and she threw a fit cussing and said she didn't have to serve any of us "tweakers".then slammed the window shut.we politely ask if we could just order what's missing again and she had another employee serve us with a discussed look on her face . by far the worse fastfood resteraunt we've been to.

ALWAYS understaffed. Crew works at the speed of an injured snail. We always wait in the lobby for far too long and usually end up with incorrect/missing items. This visit was no different.

Ordered some curly fries. They are cold over cooked hard and all stuck together. Better management is needed the price was too high for the JUNK they served me. Won't answer the phone never will go to jack in the box again. Very sad food n management. Not sure why this store is
