I like Jersey Mikes, but my last experience was not so delightful. The service was good…however it was empty when I arrived. The giant cheesesteak I got was not good at all…there was hardly any steak in the sandwich (please see photos) Which is sad when you are paying over $17 for the sandwich!!! That was ridiculous!

The food was great. My 91 year old mom doesn't each much, so I get her the kids meal. I wasn't sure if my mom would like some of the ingredients on the sub, and they said they would be happy to put them in "side" containers which let my mom decide what she wanted. That is great service!

Chain restaurants are tougher to rate as the food options are pretty uniform and you know what you're going to get. Jersey Mike's is a family favorite for a quick and reasonably priced meal. It's hard to have amazing food or rave about fast type food like this. However, where chain restaurants do well in my part is when their location is ran by someone who cares to keep the restaurant in order with clean tables and dining area as well as well trained staff. That's what I felt gave this place a 5 star for me. The employee making the food was helpful and patient as I figured out an order on the fly. They knew I wasn't sure about toppings so they offered to add several in the side to make sure, very helpful! The subs were good, but I felt like at this place the service was above.
Subs are probably the best you can get from a sandwich shop, imo. Add on, the very nice staff! Pretty clean and the shop itself, isn't huge. I've been to 2 different locations, both are great.

We tried Mikes yesterday. I asked questions regarding the size of the sandwiches. The guy mumbled something. I was confused and ordered two giants and three fountain drinks. My bill was over $46. Their food is fresh, but the sandwiches fall short of meat and cheese. That was an expensive lettuce sandwich for lunch ! Definitely a step up from Subway, but I feel I got ripped off. It will be a long time until I go back to Jersey Mikes

THIS IS A GOOD REVIEW even though it doesn’t start out that way.I just returned home after picking up our Giant #11 Stickball. I swore the last time I was there (months ago) I was going to leave an unfavorable review and that we wouldn’t return. I was never satisfied with the cleanliness of the food prep area, the quality of the food and most importantly the cleanliness of the people preparing my food. I watched a young man crawl out of his car with a uniform shirt that looked like it was at the bottom of a filthy laundry pile, hair was greasy and he looked like he was late (and hungover). I said a quiet prayer that his filthy hands would not be handling my food. My prayer wasn’t answered. He walked straight to the food prep area, wiped his nose with the back of his unwashed hand several times as he was carelessly making the food I was about to eat. I was treated poorly by the person at the register because I wanted to watch the sandwich being made before I paid.TODAY it was as if it was under new management/ownership. The workers were in clean uniforms, wearing gloves, and the food prep area was CLEAN and I didn’t feel like cross contamination was a problem. Everyone was working together in a cohesive way. Everyone was friendly and I had no complaints. I was happy to add a tip at the register (I always have, but I resent it when in my experience it isn’t deserved). This was BY FAR the best experience in this location. I will look forward to coming back soon. I hope this is the new normal. I do want to give props to the team that was on duty 11/12/23 at 12:00 pm. Thank you. The food prep area was clean and the produce was fresh and displayed in a way that made me feel there wasn’t any cross contamination (In my previous visits I was always concerned that they were careless about handling the food that I was about to eat).It seems as if there was a bit of a shakeup in this particular store. I can say that we plan to go back often. It’s because of the radical changes we have seen and that we don’t feel worried that our food was handled in a unsafe way.Kudos to the management and franchise owner. Keep up the great work. Still 5 stars.

I like their food but NEVER pick up a doordash from here! They will have you sitting for 10 minutes past the supposed ready time. They tried giving me someone else’s order twice as well. Two workers just watching something on a phone and laughing. DoorDash needs to cut this place.
