Although I enjoy their pizza the driver was over 20 min late (waiting almost 2 hr) and was missing an entire pizza. When my husband called they tried to just credit us instead of refund the missing pizza. 2 of our family members ate cereal instead since they don't like Hawaiian. The offered to bring the missing pizza but it was already past 9pm and didn't want to wait till 10 pm when I have to get up early for work.Wish I asked to refund our tip too! The manager had the audacity to say I wouldn't be refunded for both pizzas just the missing one like I am asking for a freaking hand out... I was I just asking for the service I paid for or to be refunded!!

Pizza was decent but also ordered wings well done, they came in cold, very soft and still frozen, 11 dollars for 8 of these frozen wings is absolutely ridiculous.

I was given a 45 minute window and after an hour, the pizza still had not shown up even though I was told 30 minutes prior that it was out for delivery. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told to come back tomorrow because "he was too busy". What an absolute clown show. I will never EVER order from Jet's again.
Best pepperoni pizza hand down seriously I just ordering extra sauce and extra cheese but this is literally the best pepperoni pizza I've ever had you need to try

I've had Detroit "style" pizza a couple times up in Oregon this past summer at a food truck . Being down here in the valley there are so many choices of pizza . ( NY, Chicago , Pizza Bianco, etc.). I was in the mood for Detroit today and now I could make a comparison between Jet's Pizza and pizza from Oregon.My brother and I split the 8 corner pizza . We added red onion to half of the order. The pizza was pretty good. I thought I could use more sauce. The only down point to the pizza was the cost . The 8 slice pizza cost over $25 plus a tip for over $30. A little steep for 1/2 a pizza pie.I'm on the fence about coming back to Jet's.
