10/10 customer service. I ordered from this location and had a hiccup with the 3rd party delivery service, they resolved it immediately no questions asked. The donuts made my friends Birthday! I emailed a question later in follow-up and received a timely, kind and professional response.

I ordered the football donuts for my Superbowl party and when we got home n opened our donuts they were so poorly made. Look at the advertisement photos, verses what I got. How sad. . . This isn't the first time either. I always trust that they'll be ok but it looks like I need to check my orders before I leave because this is sad. . . And Krispy Kreme is so expensive for them the look this way. Definitely never coming back

You get in line at the drive-through and they don’t have but a few donuts and NO drinks/coffee and there’s no way to get out of line!!! 20 minutes have gone by and I still cannot get out of the line. Something has to change with this.!

Drove several miles out of our way to come get donuts because we don’t have a location near us in Texas. Get over there at 7:45 and they don’t close until 10, told us they were out of glazed donuts and when asked if they would be making anymore this evening they said no. CRAZY! Very disappointing! CameHere to leave review and noticed all the other bad reviews, very sad!

By far the worst Krispy Kreme I’ve been to. I’ve gone multiple times thinking it might just be a bad time. Nope. They are constantly out of various donuts, and the ones they have are just ugly. Which seems like a silly complaint but they always seem small, misshaped, and poorly decorated. They don’t look great, and they don’t taste great. I think of Krispy Kreme as crisp but soft and fluffy donuts, and these just aren’t that. The people are nice enough but they don’t make good donuts and could use a better baking schedule I guess.
