Really bad costumer service spefic 2 person that works there seems always mad in a rush to attend and kick u out make your order all wrong and blame you is your fault never want costumer satisfaction beacause they want you to pay for food mistake to able to make you another one right why would i pay for something first it was there mistake for not listening and second that im going to throw in front if theam in the trash if there was 0 stars i would rate that just lost some loyal costumer

Came from the North side of the valley and east side to the WEST!!! LET ME TELL YOU THIS IS A REAL LA MICHOACANA, something similar to Los Angeles!!! The esquite , la nieve de garrafa to another level!!! Not so sweet and just right for your taste buds ifykyk. Just the price. Per person it was about $20 bucks BUT it is totally worth it.

Had a mango water and it tasted old and past its expiration date. Seems like they just added sugar to try and disguise the taste but the rotten mango was so pungent it could not be disguised.

Prices increased which I understand, but their services has become bad. When I placed my order they had not corn, asked for a frute cocktel they had no fruite finally ordered a Duro with cueritos and first of all it had no cucumber in it and they had no Avocado for itand second of all they put chamoy over it and I've never had one wit chamoy. Very unsatisfied with this place.

The Kids LOVE LOVE LOVE! I live in Buckeye and was out running some errands close to the west Phoenix area when we happened upon this place and the kids begged to go here. Something they had seen on Tik Tok and this place were very similar. Now we take a little trip to west Phoenix on the weekends just for this place. The sweetest people work here. Customer service was best I have experienced in a long long time.

I'm not sure what happened to this place, it use to be really good and full of people. I stopped by today to fet a mangoneada, and I got this. I was excited because it looked good. When I took the first spoonful, it tasted like ice and tajin, that's all.. I thought maybe I didn't mix it. When I put straw in it, it still only tasted like ice with tajin. I was honestly disappointed. No flavor of mango, no nothing else. I also got a tostilocos, and they were not so good either. Honestly, their quality went down.

I come by here on my break or after work and I honestly enjoy the atmosphere of the place. The food and drinks are very nice and the workers are friendly. I love the place and it’s kind of my sanctuary from working in retail. My only complaint is how expensive some of the items are but overall I enjoy the place.

Had a few drinks at a nearby bar so i was in the right mindset to make sweet decisions. Ordered the double scoop oreo cookie waffle cone.On point!Didn't wait long. Server was very helpful!

When this location first opened up a couple of years ago, it was great. The place was clean, the ambiance was electric, service was quick, and they had all the ice cream flavors you could imagine. Now however, the overall business seems run down. There's a lot of ice cream flavors out of stock, rewards systems are often not functioning, it smells like dirty mop water, the ambiance is dead, and there's not enough personnel. I (and I'm sure hundreds of customers) would love if the original mango ice cream is brought back... this new one is watered down and tastes artificial. A menu with prices and ingredients would be incredibly helpful as well.Hoping things improve for the sake of customers.
