I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes before I was told a majority of my order was out of stock. I asked for a refund for the portion of my order that they could not provide and the employee said he would try. I then waited for another 10 minutes for another employee to come and ask again if I wanted to substitute for anything else. I asked about where the other portion of my food was and was only given the chicken strips (no fries to go with the combo I had ordered). I asked again how I would confirm I was being refunded for the items that were not provided and she said I had to speak with a manager. I asked to speak to the manager and was handed one of the employees cell phones with the manager on the phone instead of a manager being there. At this point I had been in the drive through for 25 minutes. Instead of offering to refund the whole order, he told me he could only refund the missing orders and there was nothing else he could do. Needless to say, it was a horrible experience and I will not be going back.

Here’s the thing the food here is pretty dang good, but the service left me feeling like I’d rather spend my money elsewhere in the future. We arrived at about 745pm after a very long day dealing with a family emergency. The location closes at 10pm so we felt we had ample time to sit and enjoy our meal inside. I had been here before, but atleast a decade ago so I can’t say if the awful service is typical, but it was enough to have me thinking twice about returning. When we walked inside the location is small. There are some booths and one long table. We were not greeted and while there were three employees working that we saw no one said anything, looked up then kept going about their business. The girl who I assumed would be running the counter ignored us for a good four to five minutes id sat as she worked the drive thru and other things. I would have no issue with that I’d of just liked a be with you shortly etc . …which I will say finally came after to we stood there looking at her in dismay. Once she finally came over and asked for our order I started to tell her. I asked for a shake with my meal when she quickly and rudely said I’m not making more shakes tonight. Which i get if it was super close to closing etc, but why do you offer shakes if you’re refusing service for items you sell hours before you close? We were starving after a long day so I told her fountain drink was my only option apparently. My son ordered his meal and we were told it would be brought out. We did not have to wait too long as there was only one other table eating. This employees tone just set off such a negative vibe for me. Have some table manners, professionalism, courtesy..i dont know act like you care that you work in customer service. That goes a long way and it would make it easier to understand what might be going on . Not just I’m not making those anymore with an attitude was just rude. I’ll end this with the food was great. Burger had good flavor, toppings fresh and fries crispy but not over done. Prices were a bit high so you think service would match it.

The food is good, the service is just okay. Prices are a bit much, and they hit you with an extra 'surcharge' that they don't advertise nor tell you about when you use a card to pay. That's not an ethically sound practice.

We haven't gone to Lennys in over four years because of the consistent over cooked burger meat. Well we went tonight and ordered the cowboy burger medium rare and got the same hockey puck patty that we've gotten so many times before. My wife and daughter-in-law wanted funnel cake fries, (which is why we went in the first place), and they didn't get the strawberry sauce or any powered sugar. Back to not ordering from this restaurant again. The fries are always very good and that would be the only reason I wouldn't give this restaurant a zero if that was a choice. With so many other choices for better burgers, you'd think the management would strive to do better.
