Dry breadsticks and sticks from slices and sticks were so thin and flat I could not recommend I sat for 20 minutes when I entered I told them I had a mobile order they said ok… then after people after me got their order and left I said hey I placed the order it’s never showed up on the screen or the app they said what’s your name and reach and get my order which was obviously in the pizza portal machine the entire time they just never placed my name on the screen with everyone else or asked me my name…

I do not recommend this place, they take to long to have your order ready firs they tell you is going to take 15 to 20 minutes thats Acceptable when you go back inside and ask about you order they tell you the is no ready yet and is going to take extra time another 25 to 35 minutes so that's almost 45 minutes just for 1 pizza so you adding cancel you order cuz thats ridiculous waiting for that much time and I wasn't the only person who was waiting more then 1 hour

Absolute horrible customer service! The black guy in a tied died purple sweater wearing a filthy face mask was very unprofessional in the way he conducted business. This company should be ashamed to have people like him working for them. We will never return at this location. I would recommend everyone to stay far away from this place.

I don't know what the problem is but for some reason the pizza is never fully sliced and I have to go in my kitchen and get a knife because I don't own a pizza cutter just to cut the pizza and I go to this specific place at least three times a week and I don't know what it is now tonight they have more staff and the pizza was more full I got the classic pizza and I actually have more than 12 pepperonis on there it look like I'm seeing some improvement we going to see what it is next week.

Used to love little caesars this location was a bit better then some other but the lady in front was kinda zoned out she was higher then me I got a hot and ready was 15 min wait I would of been there longer but I asked what was going on because I saw them restock the pizza and they didn't call me until I said something she looked back and saw they where ready wasted 8 min for nothing then pizza was half flat other was ok then it looked like it was missing cheese in some areasParking: 30

The staff is generally made up of teenagers when I go in there at night, but these kids are hard working and have awesome customer service skills. They are so friendly and professional. Definitely surpass the service of many other places.Parking: Always up front parking as well as a huge parking lot .

I've personally want to thank the customers for the five star reviews I've received, I couldn't do it without the help of my crew those nights you received service from us. No I was not the manager but was a shift lead supervisor, I was a customer here once as well and I treated our customers as I would wanted to be treated, and like Myke stated it all about how you handle the situation to have great customer service, this facility is way under staffed which explains why orders are behind because we're fulfilling online orders such as GrubHub, Door Dash and UberEATS. And as well online orders and customer walk in, while short handed so please be patient, unfortunately as of November 18th 2023 I resigned from the company because I am unable to do what they ask of me to do which is cutting the hours of my crew by sending them home while running a skeleton crew as is, if I was to do that my customer service to you all, will definitely decline so I made the choice to walk away. Once again thank you all for the reviews and it was a pleasure to serve you while I was working there for the past several months.

I ordered a pizza earlier today and received the wrong order. Unfortunately, I had not checked before leaving the store and it was quite far since I had picked it up on my way home from work. I called the stores line but was on hold for 2 hrs, which was expected since it’s friday and they usually have a long line, so i had to go back to the store. I told the man taking orders at the front, tall, white, slightly older man, to which I believe was the manager, and if not he should be. We explained the situation to him and he apologized, and said he would make everything fresh for us in 10 minutes, if we were willing to wait. We did and he gave us excellent service. He was quick and efficient as well as nice. Definitely deserves a raise. Best service received from anyone at that location. As a comparison, there was a younger employee there that shooed a man attempting to order because he was ‘in the way’ of a couple pizzas that were being picked up. Instead of politely asking for him to step aside or a simple excuse me or him situation.
