Old stale fish & Fries, didn't want to give them one star, and it's usually good

They really suck every time I go either something is missing or my order isn't right or no hot sauces or my hard shell tacos are hard wouldn't not recommend this place at all

The food was awful. It wasn’t prepared properly. They put my Long John Silvers in a Taco Bell container. My stomach hurts now. Nasty Nastiness!!

Had to wait 10 minutes for my drive thru order. When I got home, the order was wrong and not even freshly made.

Whenever I visit it's always quiet and the service is quick. The fountain sodas always seem to be out of the flavors I want!

Wanted the grilled shrimp that has been advertised but they don't have that here.

Worst place to order Long John's, nobody speaks good English, constantly messing up your order. They never repeat what you order or show your order on the screen. Also makes you wait longer than 20mins for a wrong order. Than hang up on you when you correct your order(Anna), have to ask for to speak to the manager or supervisor. Don't waste your time or money here. Spent $71 for chicken. BS service and poor communication

i got a 2 pc fish meal, got home and when i got to the middle of my fish, there was raw batter in the middle, inedible. everything else was perfect. costumer service was pretty good. just the fish was the problem but i called and let them know so i hope they get the cooks on it. i wish i would have got better pics before i tossed it.

Worst taco bell I've ever been to. Not only was the location dirty, but the staff was incredibly slow and unhelpful.

You have to truly wonder why a company as large as PepsiCo does not pay employees a living wage. Once again a Long John Silver's/Taco Bell has closed it's lobby to customers because they are short staffed. There are presently 14 vehicles in line to go through their drive thru. The good thing is I will go eat somewhere else and I don't have to go to Taco Bell or Long John silver's just been my money. And once again a Fortune 500 company would rather put large dollars in the pockets of upper management and spend those dollars making sure the restaurants can meet the demands of the public. Goodbye Long John silver's, goodbye Taco Bell, goodbye all products from PepsiCo!

I can't even rate the food since I didn't get any. After standing in the lobby for 4 minutes, 2 different people looked at me but said nothing. I left.

I grew up eating at long john silver with my parents back in Texas where I am from. I had long john silver on bell rd it was great experience. But this one on 59th Ave and northern Ave we came thru the drive thru my husband got us 2-2pc fish combo no soda at all we got un sweet tea the cashier at the window gives him sugar instead of Splenda. My husband takes the teas back he said the manager was very rude. It's sad to said the French fries were not even hot and my husband said the fish not was not even crispy. We were disappointed. Never come back again. Maybe to another location

Horrible experience, arrived around 9 pm last week. Ordered my regular 2 fish piece meal. The person taking my order told me they were out of fountain drinks so I told them it's ok to give me a water instead. When I drove up to the window he quickly gave me my meal expecting me to drive away, when I asked for the water he seemed very confused not knowing if he should give me one. He said he could charge me for one, I explained I had ordered a combo which includes a drink, and since they are out I should not be charged extra for a water. He then said they were out of bottled water. I asked to speak to the manager who explained yes, they were out of the carbonation for the fountain drinks, she had a bottle of water in her hand but also seemed very reluctant to hand it to me. After a long exchange I again stated that my combo meal includes a drink, I then suggested she subtract the drink from my total. She explained she could not do that because then the meal would cost more without the drink. After I said yet once again that the meal includes a drink, I did not want to pay for a drink I was not going to get, she finally handed me the bottle of water. When I got home to eat my meal (costed me $9.14? Did they charge me for the water????!) I found the fries tasted like they must have sat for hours, maybe made the day before. But the real kicker was the fish - I am not lying - was about 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch thick. (I wish I had taken a photo!!!) I have NEVER had so hard, sad, extremely thin piece of fish. I just threw it in the trash. It was very hard like perhaps cooked the day before as well. Not a good experience at all!!! They need to look into the recent serious mismanagement of the place. I usually have always had a good experience and enjoyed food from there, now I am not sure I will ever go back. A true waste of $9.
