Cashier was not friendly at all but also not rude. Lol. Just took my order, and rThat was it. I got the 2 chicken plank combo. The chicken was as dry as sand fries tasted old, and the hush puppies were hard. Not very good at all.

I came in here New Year’s Eve at 645pm no one else was inside my family and I ordered I asked that we get fresh fish and fries said we have to wait said no problem we sat down 2 minutes later food was ready I knew it was cold soon as I grabbed my box fries were soggy and fish cold plus no tarter sauce really I haven’t had this food in about 4 years all went out of business in the state I lived in so I wanted to try it should of stuck with red lobster so keep up bad work y’all will close soon

The only reason we drove 30 minutes of for the fish and chicken planks.. they had no tarder sauce.. if we would have know we would have taken out business somewhere else.. when I suggested that they put a sign up to let customers know he got an I don't care attitude... So very sad

The food from Taco Bell is great, but the staff don't exactly make you feel welcome. I felt like they had a problem with me and i have literally no idea why! Won't be going to this location again.

Been wanting to have some LJS since moving back to the Valley. We left town in 04 and lived in a place where my closest LJS was a solid 2 hours away. So having been back now since December of 2020, today was going to be the day I was going to have LJS! WOW, what a mistake in picking this location. The food was horrible! Everything was over cooked and looking at my pictures you will see what I'm talking about. The shrimp was shriveled up to nothing, fish was also the same way. The 2 hushpuppies I got were disgusting. First one was all batter and maybe a marble size of cornmeal in the center, the second one I bit into exploded into air! The thing just crumbled because the center had fried away! It was a hollow batter ball! Covid has put a damper on self serving condiment stations. Gone were the "good" tartar sauce pumps only to be replaced with sweet disgusting Heinz tartar sauce packets! I don't think having combo stores are a good fit with Taco Bell. I had a similar experience at the 7th St. and Alice location as well. I think way too many people order Taco Bell and LJS isn't ordered as much so the employees don't make it as much and they don't perfect the proper way of making it.What should be a golden brown ends up being a rust colored dried out junk. I also think they don't change out the fryer oiler to often either judging by the disgusting taste.UPDATE: I was contacted by the GM for this particular franchisee and he apologized for the food served and admitted the employee's needed to learn how to make the batter better and how long they cook the food for, did admit they sell more Taco Bell than they do of LJS. He offered me a gift card to come back and try them again and I provided my information and HE SENT NOTHING! Looking at other pictures left for this location since my post 1 year ago, looks like nothing has changed at all! If you have a craving for battered fish, try a mom and pop type of cafe/restaurant because this location can't do it right!

This Long John Silver's in Phoenix is in with a Taco Bell totally different from the ones up in Cleveland Ohio they do not do the rewards and they only have three sides we're in Ohio you have six or seven but the food was still delicious

I ordered the 2piece fish. Never again. The fish looks like it has been pounded down, it was like 75% batter and 25% fish. It was hard and dry. Hands down some of the worst fish ever. LJS if you can't do better you should close it down. Very disappointed. Upside the hush puppies were fresh and fluffy.
The high lights were the hush puppies. After I peeled the batter off the shrimp, they were way overdone. However, I had grease overload. I was sick for a whole day. To darn greasy. Won't be back anytime soon

I would appreciate it if when I order extra crumbles from long John silver's, and they confirm that extra crumbles were ordered, that they actually put them in the bag with the order!!!!!

I think ppl just wanted to waste my time today... I went to LJS to get lunch. I went to the drive thru. There was a line wrapped around the building. When I finally get close to the box to order, I see a sign that says cash only. WTF. I waited like 10 mins in line. There was 4 cars ahead of me, and 3 behind me. So, I couldn't move! I had to wait another 5 minutes until the person picking up there food drove off. While waiting, I found $10 stuffed in the bottom of my purse. The 2 cars ahead of me drove off because they didn't have cash either! The only cash only sign was on the fckin box. So, absolutely no help!!! But, when I pulled up, I asked to order because I found cash, and HE SAID NO!!! I was like wtf you mean no?! I've been in line 15+ mins wtf you mean you can't take my order. His excuse, "There's people waiting behind you." He told me I could go inside to order. But why tf would I do that when I was already in line? Y'all had me and 2 other people wait in line because we ain't have no cash. Why you ain't ask the other 2 cars in front of them to pull up to the front so that we could get out?! Y'all had 3 people wait in line for no d@mn reason. But, you wanna talk about the ppl behind us. Yeah okay... I could've been petty and just parked my car and told him they would have to tow me if they wanted me to move. But, because I respect people's time, unlike them, I drove off. If they would've put a sign on the ground saying cash only, my time, and the 2 people ahead of me, and God know whoever else's time, would've been spared. But NO! Thanks for fckin up my lunch break LJS.

Hit-or-miss Even though the food is greasy and salty, sometimes I enjoy the items on the Long Johns Menu. I mean . I could literally eat just a whole box of the crunchy crumbs. The issue is at this location, it's usually hit or miss. You either receive really fresh hot food or items that don't exactly taste fresh. I would suggest eating inside and avoiding the drive through.
