This is the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. I dont know if it is because of staff shortages but both times I have come, there have been lots of people waiting for a long time for their food. When I pulled up, there was no one in the drive thru. This trip, I ordered 4 cookies. They told me they only had 2 cookies so they gave me an apple fritter instead. I asked for a refund instead of the apple fritter. I have a feeling they were just being lazy and didn't want to make more cookies... this has never happened to me before at any mcdonalds and I get their cookies all the time!Update: came again on 4/45/24. Ordered 3 patties and 3 cheese because I'm on my keto journey. They gave me 3 of the driest/oldest patties I have ever seen with onions. I asked them to fix it and they gave me nasty looking patties with 2 cheese instead of 3. And it took 13 min to get my first wrong order.

Update4/15/2024Line went faster and i ised a great coupon on the ap i haven't seen a good deal like this in a while! Service needs to improve feom the drive thru employeeLong lines and we waited for a long time cashier said her headset was off.

I went through the drive through to order breakfast. Once I got to the window they wanted to charge me $30 I was like why? I always order the same and it's $20 He repeates the order. There were random drinks in there! I did not order any drinks just food. I told him the order again, said He correct it , and I paid. Get to the next window and the woman gives me the food. I always checky bag even if they rush me which they have done! AnywS my hash brown is missing and I tell the lady. She closes the window (I assume she's telling her manager and gonna give it to me). She opens the window and ignores me. I told her"Where's my hash brown?" She said "It's not in the order so I can't give it to you". Omg has me fed up. Not only did they get my order wrong 1st time, I corrected it, and then still get a mistake at the end. I also hate being rushed when I'm checking my food because clearly they have a history of messing up orders.

Wish I could post a picture. But let's just say if I wanted a small fry I would have ordered it. Large fry was looking very short. When you grab the fries out the bag and you can't even see the fries till you look down the box.. SMH. And this is not the first time.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a number 2. I paid and waited 5 minutes. Then asked to pull up and park . And my order would be brought out. I waited another 15 minutes. And then finally got my food. No apologies or anything. I won't go back. That place sucks.

I went in the morning time about 8 AM, The service was pretty great. They were fast friendly and efficient. I've been here in the afternoon and in the late evening times and it has not been as great. But it is one of the better McDonald's I've been to all together. Sometimes the drive-thru does get a little backed up it depends on what time of day you are attending. I've never been inside as this location is usually on my way going to or from somewhere.Parking: The parking is available however the drive-thru line does get pretty backed up so sometimes you can get stuck sitting there for a minute or two while you wait as a line process is through. There are two lanes in this drive-thru so depending on which direction both lanes are going will determine on how traffic allows you in and out of the parking lot.

This location is not too good anymore, the area is run down, and no one eats inside. It just looks uninviting.But the real issue is that this location always skimps on the fries, they only fill them halfway.The prices keep rising, and we get smaller portions. Not anymore, what used to be cheap and easy is more expensive than eating in. That was the appeal, now it isn't even quick, they have about 4 drive thru spots they make you wait in. I thought the point of the drive thru was to keep customers going.Everything is turned around and we have to pay more for less. This spot is no good, and corpos are too greedy.
