Omg, this one girl brightened me, my moms and my brothers day so much, like she made out day and she was such a happy person, a shout out to the best worker I’ve met in Hawaiian BBQ in my entire life and she deserves a raise for sure, Thank You Gabriella you made our day!!! Been here multiple times and the food is always good, and tables are clean. Service loses stars for either scamming or not knowing their menu. If you want 2 entrees they recommend you buy 10$ mini meals of each, but their other plates allow 2 entrees for maybe $2 more. Don't rely on the workers here, use the menu online!

I definitely didn't like not being acknowledged in any way by the staff. Not by either girl at the counter nor the one behind the prep area. Not even an I'll be right with you as I patiently waited. They just looked at me multiple times. To top it off, I was given the wrong order and missing an item from my replacement order.

This location is pretty consistent at getting good food out quick. Shoutout to Christopher for taking care of us and making our order right.
Love the fire chicken, katsu chicken, and grilled chicken breast. Come here at least once a week! Great food and huge portions. Staff is very friendly!

The beef and pasta were amazing, but the chicken was ok.
The workers look very distraught and annoyed. I'm from Hawaii and didn't feel any aloha

What a disappointing first stop here. My food was thrown in the bag, as was the katsu sauce and it was all over the bag. Also, there was no visible disclaimer that there was seafood (tuna, I believe) in the macaroni salad. The girl at the window was not friendly at all either.Dietary restrictions: There were no signs that the macaroni salad had seafood. On one of the Aloha Plates it looked like it might have the crab rangoon, but it did not say that.

I been coming here for the last 2 years since I moved here and I don't know what's going on lately but the last 3x have been horrible, I got so sick from the chicken my last visit and that did it for me, I will not be coming back. I hate that this happened because I love this place and reminds me of home but the quality of the food went down hill.
