The quality is good when it's good but when it's not it's really disappointing to even go. Quick takeaways are that they usually don't give you enough meat especially with shrimp products and they often don't fill to the top. Chicken pieces can sometimes be too hard. Of course it's not authentic but it is yummy when it is good, so that's not why people go to Panda. Issue I had today 3-23-24 at 5pm was passion fruit tea tank was literally just water. That was literally the only thing I came in for was the drink. I asked for a refund and she was nice but I don't want to be offered something else 5 times, it shouldn't be problematic to get a refund if the product advertised is not there. I'm at the point where I submitted my review with one of my throwout emails and will use my coupon but I'm going back to local Asian restaurants because the prices are even better. So long Panda, trying to charge me 2.50 for water.

Terrible service from the staff, even the manager of the store, very ugly way of talking to people, they don't have sauce for the Teriyaki, and they don't say it, in order to order other food, they didn't have straws or lids for the soda. And the Orange chicken was cold ?. I would never return to this place. Train your staff in customer service.

I think it's crazy that these people will charge you an extra $1.50 for some shrimp and then I'm gonna give you 7 shrimp and when you say how come you guys don't let people know in advance they're only gonna get 7 shrimp the lady wants to get an attitude. Panda Express I was a regular customer now me and my co workers will eat where we get our monies worth and no eye rolls and smirk remarks. ?

Maybe it would be better if they stop doing delivery. I understand they get a lot of orders and they may be overworked under staff. I wouldn't even mind waiting an extra 45 minutes just to get the food properly. Customers shouldn't have to suffer because they want the convenience of the delivery and they're willing to pay a lot more for it.It's hit or miss. It's like playing the roulette wheel with most restaurants in West Phoenix. I don't know what time of day or what day of the week but I'm going to avoid this place unless I walk in. Do not recommend for deliveryIt's about 4 hours before the super bowl and I figured they're not going to be swamped yet but the food was not made fresh it was not even hot it looks overcooked and it was disappointing. And it was disappointing.

I have came here a couple times and they never have steamed rice. Today was the same excuse only that this time I saw a worker get steamed rice from the pot for her lunch. So they do have steamed rice just not for customers apparently. Will not come again.

Management at this location needs to be addressed. I was served by a manger today named Stephanie, during my experience another customer walked up to her and exclaimed "please give me a canned soda or fix the machine because I have already been waiting 15 minutes"After she proceeded to fix the soda without acknowledging or apologizing to that customer she then Incorrectly made my plate. I checked the plate before leaving the store and asked them to fix it, only to arrive home and find she gave me a double serving of the dish I did not want. Maybe some additional training or staff would go along way, but this store landed 4 unhappy customers within the 8 minutes I was there.

I always order 25 minutes in advance because I know the people working here are incompetent, slow and stupid. I ordered at 5:35pm got there at 5:55pm I didn’t get my order until 6:17pm I asked for my order like 15 times the girl with the hairy arms that was at the register kept telling me it was coming right up, unacceptable!

Terrible service. Order was given wrong and when my dad mentioned they missed giving him part of order the panda express employee got upset and threw the incorrect order in trash and gave him a small container vs what he ordered. My dad is the sweetest person and only asked for what he paid and what he received was unkind. Customer service would be a zero in my opinion.
