When you walk in the place smells of moth balls. I wanted to walk right back out but the host stood up from a table and walked over. My guest and I were told to sit wherever we wanted. Menus and water were brought to our table. We ordered, our food was brought out on a cart that was left by us after our food was on the table, which I thought was strange. No water refills, no one came by after the food was brought out. It's not that they were too busy, they felt the need to attend to a "regular's" table instead of ours while laughing and having a good time. The pho was good but not good enough to where I would make myself suffer through that smell again. No one came by with the check so I gathered my stuff and walked to the front, the host saw me and said give me 2 minutes, she went and grabbed that cart left by our table and started clearing tables while I stood there trying to pay so we could leave. In all, the food was okay, the service is terrible, and the place stinks. Eat else where.

Wow the broth of their pho is so good!! It reminds me of the great broths in New Orleans and Saigon/South Vietnam. Packed with flavor and complexity. The oxtail pho was delicious! I'll definitely be back! It's right next to Banner Thunderbird hospital so if you're staying at the hospital, you could walk over to the next shopping center on the same side of the street.

How is this place NOT packed all the time? It's the best Vietnamese food in the entire area! Clean and comfortable. Fresh ingredients and great flavor. My go to for Viet food! Five star review is well earned!

We ordered from the menu, the menu said one price, and when we received our bill it was 3 times the amount. The poor server explained to us that the owner keeps increasing the prices in the system and not informing the customers. I will never go to this place again, the food was tasteless and was nothing compared to the other Pho's we've had. It came out to $39 for each of our bowls, on menu it was supposed to be $12. Almost triple the cost.We don't recommend this place at all.

I've had a lot of Pho'. Great service, friendly and prompt. This is going to be on my regular rotation now.I did the standard chicken Pho. Need to set a baseline. The broth was delicate and flavorful. Also did a pork sandwich. Both of my selections came fast and tasty.

This place is a scam! First of all, they charge you hire price then what is written on the menu. Plus, I asked for extra soup when they usually give a large cup of it, they gave me 2 small cups equaling the same amount they usually give for a regular order but charged me $3 more. Very overpriced

One star for the pleasant service but felt sick for days after ordering takeout. Prices were too expensive for lackluster food. Chefs 'special' red chicken was not very special and underwhelming. Most likely won't be returning.
Food is great, but marks up food prices without telling you. . New menus are on back order. Customers deserve to know that ahead of time, not when you ask why your bill is wrong.
