Best boba that I've tried in the Phoenix area!

If only I can put zero star I'd do it in a heartbeat!!! A lady introduced herself as the owner, we then proceed to order our drinks to a guy who was serving us and talk shi* about the lady we just talked was his ex girlfriend and complains to her and to us the ingredients they have was incomplete. It was unprofessional! We don't need to hear your negativities in life! (So completely odd to hear) We did order 4 different orders and it tasted like iced milk!!! We ordered the 2 boba teas and 2 halo halo. We then explained our drinks and how tasteless it was and all we hear was " I CANNOT HEAR YOU"! Keeping himself busy. And that's it, we're completely off and we didn't want to argue. Please please don't go here! Go to food court on the second floor too and get the boba tea company!! It's so much worth it. We will never be back here, reading reviews here I wonder why they're still open!!! You suck.

Had a newbie serving us this morning and he didn't know what he was doing. Took about 20 minutes to take our order and make our drinks even though we were the only ones there. On top of that he gave me a really sweet coffee drink instead of a milk tea that I ordered. Also, boba wasn't fresh. Will not be coming back.

Excellent coffee & Boba, would highly recommend stopping by and trying. Also found out they deliver which is totally awesome!

I really hate leaving a poor review for a small, locally run business. I'm doing this in part as a reminder to myself to never visit here again and to warn others. My last visit prior to my most recent one was when they had their own store front next door to Macy's on the first floor. Now they have a kiosk on the second floor, still outside of Macy's. I ordered a straight Thai tea with boba. Not unusual or too difficult right? I've ordered many Thai teas over my lifetime and all of the establishments I've visited had the tea base pre-made and they would add cream to top it off in your cup at the end. Not here. I waited an incredible 20+ minutes for my ONE drink. I had maybe 3 people order before me but they were not busy otherwise. I was about to ask for a refund until I saw one of the girls making my drink. The only thing right with my drink was the orange color. Otherwise, this was the worst Thai tea I've ever had. It tasted like pure coconut. I'm 200% certain that traditional Thai teas are not made with anything coconut. And to add insult to injury, I paid over $6 for this. If I had not already waited 20+ minutes at this point and did not have my kids with me, I would've given it back and asked for a refund. I was able to eventually finish the drink with great difficulty. Each sip was disgusting but I was determined to not let my money go to waste. I'm not sure what happened between them moving locations but to say that my most recent visit was disappointing would be an understatement. I hope this place gets more staff and look into improving some of their recipes.

There were 5 workers in the little stand. We ordered two drinks, and they asked us about 5 times all the specifics after we had clearly told them. We got the drinks, which we had ordered from here in the past and they looked nothing like normal. They were missing ingredients!! Straight sugar in the drink and not mixed in at all. We told the last worker left; the rest went to sit down at the couches nearby. He told us they made it right, and we were wrong. We ended up dumping the drinks after paying over $12 for both. Will not be coming back, and would never recommend to anyone.

Ordered a halo halo which is a pilipino dessert with shaved iced, evaporated milk, and various sweetened fruits at the bottom. Unfortunately, the dessert drink I got did not have evaporated milk and barely had any ingredients. It was a tall cup of mostly ice and regular milk. Maybe their other drinks are better but stay away for the halo-halo.

My Blood Coffee Concentration was so low I'm not sure how I was moving under my own power, and this place was literally the first thing I saw on entering the mall, so I stopped. I wasn't expecting anything great from a boba tea place, but I was really surprised to get one of the best iced lattes I've had recently. Strong, flavorful, fantastic. They advertise lots of gimmicky, syrup-based flavors that have never been my thing, but it's good to know they also do the basics right.

Tasty drinks at a reasonable price! Emmie made our drinks and she was super nice!

I come here all the time with friends and I even have a couple personal favourites. If you buy it however prepare to be called a thot because that's what happens to my girl friends all the time. Other than that I love the service and food, would come here again.

Laid back, tasteful, AND affordable. All qualities you can't turn away from! This Boba stand is one of the best I've been to. Never any lines, never a long wait, and never a bad customer service experience. The best part is the mall employee discount! Personally, I love getting the almond milk tea with black pearl boba. It's always my stop before I start my shifts! There is never a bad employee - all of them have been super helpful in recommendations, enthusiastic, and bubbly! I can never have a bad day with their attitude while making my drink. They're made to order by the way, so you'll never get a watered down tasteless drink. Always fresh and delicious! Thank you, Pinoy's, for carrying me through my shift!

Place has moved to a smaller kiosk and only serves drinks now. I had the taro boba for my 9 yr old and halo halo for me. It was good but I do miss the baked goods.
