We ordered back in January and had a horrible pizza and experience. Spoke to the manager and received a credit. He neglected to say that the credit expires. Called today to redeem credit and was unable to use cause it expired per manager. The manager refused to honor credit or any other compensation for the neglect of the first manager and that we were SOL. He didn't care if we blasted them on social media and never went back. This is some of the worst customer service that we have received from a single location with no desire to make things right. Stay away from this location.

The food was not good. Had myself and my whole family throwing up and diarrhea all night and through the next day. All we ordered was a cheese pizza and an 8-pice bbq wing. The service isn't really applicable. I had it delivered, they were quicker than usual so part of my gut is telling me that food was not fresh and just sent out after sitting. But my whole family and I are down for the count after eating here.

Came here for the lunch buffet. I like that they let you request pizzas if you don't see one that you like on the table. The buffet includes salads & pasta, also. They were running some other special that day where my soda only cost me $1. So for $11+ I got all you can eat pizza, pasta, salad & breadsticks as well as refills on my soda. The lady who helped us was sweet and always remembered to give me diet (I think I had 3 refills that meal). I went right at 11am, so the place was clean and pretty empty. I would go back and eat the buffet here again.

Food tastes amazing, I always get the wings. The service is good as well, I ordered food at 12am food got here at 12:10. The red hair girl is so nice too! Every time I have went inside it was very quiet.

I'm having such a a hard time reaching the store no one answers, these people you have answering taking orders are not trying to place my order due to me having a store credit I have to call store w no success! I was told that I can't place an order online because I have a credit that's a lie, you guys need to get it together.

I ordered a pizza at 12:00am and the delivery app stated that the pizza will arrive 12:55pm never showed up called next day at 2:39pm and won't answer the phone

Oh well. This Pizza Hut was usually very consistent when making you a tasty FRESHLY Made Pizza. The staff must have changed because my most recent purchase was inedible. I have worked in 2 Pizza Restaurants over 2 years each and the pizza I received on Monday had been sitting somewhere. It was obviously made for someone else, they didn't show and so this one was set aside and given to ME. It was a thin and crispy but you can tell it had set because the cheese wasn't soft or hot. No pride in your jobs people. Maybe you think it's just a trash job? There is NO SUCH THING as a MENIAL, I-don't-give-a F job. A lot of people who work in the service industry should go hungry for a few weeks...maybe then you would do your jobs with some pride. I won't order again. All I wanted was a break from cooking ONE night...even the feral cats in my neighborhood wouldn't eat that pizza.

It says they close at 12am. I ordered at 11pm on line and got here at 11:15. I've been out here for 10 min knocking on the door and no answer. No employee in sight. Amazing experience!
Well, We decided the Chicago Style Pizza was the ticket. So, as usual, the order had "Tomato Sauce on the Side" in Special instructions.Our Pizza Hut is so close, it took less than 10 minutes in and out of the drive through. Got home and smelled great, opened the box and a River of Red Sauce was not on the side.So I called and was put in touch with the manager, and they remade our order and in 20 minutes we had the correct order And 4 Pizzas when we are done...Second time Around, Amazing

The food was Pizza Hut. Exactly what you expect. But they forget something literally EVERY. SINGLE. TIME we order. Breadsticks, dipping sauces... it's something every single time. They're always very nice about crediting us toward our next order, but honestly we'd just like to get our complete order the first time.

Terrible. Wait time for delivery given as 1hr 25min. When no delivery by 2hr tried to call. Was told the order had been canceled as there was no answer at the apt. No one ever came to our door and no one called to check our location. During this call, we were hung up on then when we called back x2 no answer and after numerous rings hung up on again. This is the second really bad experience at this location. Almost identical situation. Has soured us on Pizza Hut for the future. Cannot recommend to anyone.

I ordered pizza and wings - not only was my order 100% correct, it was also delicious! The store manager greeted me & explained he recently started working there. I didn't catch his name but he was very friendly and respectful. Great customer service and delicious pizza and wings. If you had a negative experience with this location previously, give them another chance. It seems like they are really trying to improve.
