I'm not sure if it's due to the new, rude, old lady manager or not, but I've never received such a poorly cooked pizza from this location before & I'm a long time customer. I had my pizza delivered & it was completely unedible. The dough didn't rise at all, or it just wasn't fully cooked (except the crust). It was overly greasy, flimsy & the topings would just fall off the top. You couldn't even hold it without it falling apart. I spoke with the manager on the phone & she had a 2nd pizza made & delivered to me, but it was the same as the first one! I took both pizza's back to the restaurant so could show the manager the issues with them. She was extremely rude, condescending, & didn't want to hear my complaints saying, "I've had a long, hard, busy day. "I've worked around dough my whole life." & "Oh ya, you're a paying customer, so I guess that means you're an expert!" It's not rocket science to know if a pizza is cooked properly or not! I got my refund & left. That nasty, old hag just cost Pizza Hut a loyal customer. There are much better pizza joints that can replace them.

This location looks like one of the oldest. Floor & tables need to be cleaned daily And the Men’s bathroom looked it has never been cleaned. I will never order or eat here again.

My wife and I have visited this Pizza Hut a few times recently, to dine in. Which kinda throws them off a bit as mostly their patrons are delivery or carry out. We like the atmosphere, its nostalgic, we miss the old days of the buffet in the center and the red Coca-Cola cups with the crushed ice and the table top Pac-man arcade games. I digress...Back to this spot, its very nice to be able to dine in still, and quite honestly the food we get here is really good. The appetizers we've had (always the cheese sticks) are crunchy, hot and the cheese pull is GREAT. We always get the same thing, pan pizza, large with peperoni, sausage, black olives and mushrooms. It's Always really good. Never a complaint for the time it takes to come to the table nor how the flavor is. Its always great. I do recommend this place, whether you dine in or carry out or even deliver. I'd love to see the buffet back, but I get it, we were the only ones in the restaurant each time we were there.
Worst pizza ever! Save your money. Frozen is better than this.

I’m very disappointed I went in to enjoy there buffet the customer service was really horrible and the manger was rude when I tried to Call her and ask her how to get a refund I called the store once and I was hung up on I just wanted a refund the food was very cold and wasn’t good at all.

I ordered from your pizzahut website online order for delivery. When I finished and submitted the order I was notified it went through Door Dash.....I waited well past the time of expected delivery before calling to check on my order. The first time they said my driver was on their way.....half hour later I called again and they told me my order was in the driver's car but they locked their keys in the car and needed to wait for somebody to come get their keys....they offered to remake my order and send another driver...I declined as it had been almost 2 hours to be waiting for my order. They did not apologize or offer anything else to make it right.Next time I would like at least a courtesy call if the store knows this is happening in their parking lot and make customers aware they are needing to use Doordash as delivery, I would have rather come pick it up ourselves.
