Arrogant, condescending manager. Young asian lady. Seems to lack in people skills even on a basic customer service level. Not good. Even though the food was somewhat creative and good, would not go back due to how we were treated simply for asking questions. Don't need the aggravation.

Took me 10 minutes to walk here, for them to be closed early who freaking closes early on a Saturday. The posted time on their window even says 9 PM. What a lack of customer service.

It's sad because we really like this place, but every single time we go here they forget something, or mess up our order. The food is good, but eating in here is very uninviting. All the chairs are always on the tables like they're closed, long before 8:30 to 9pm, which makes it feel like they want you out of there. So every time we've been here, our orders aren't correct, and we don't feel welcome to eat here either. It's just bad customer service and training.

Was excited to hear there was a pokitrition in Glendale. I'm use to going to the one 16st . The burrito from the Glendale store were nor even the same as 16st. My burrito fell apart. The hot cheetos on burrito where stuck the paper you wrap them up in. I brang my daughter for her birthday and she was so disappointed.
