I would give this please zero stars if I could. I was standing there for fifteen minutes before anyone even greeted me and asked how they could help. Once I placed the order.It took over thirty minutes and I walked out.

Ordered through drive thru, watched cashier grab my food, then sit for 3 minutes texting before opening window to give me my order. Then forgot to give drinks. Cashier asked me what the drinks were, then started texting again before giving me wrong drinks.

Not sure why I tried this location again. Customer service isn't a concern. You hear laughing and loud talking at the window before even acknowledging me. Got my food and I was given a thigh instead of a breast and a wing. I go back, get it corrected and went home. I wish I would of checked it again, because they forgot my birthday fries, all the sauces I asked for, and the breast they gave me was spicy, didn't ask for that. On top of that, I also got the surf and turf, shrimp was over cooked and they gave me these sad looking chicken strips that were so are..except for 1, I couldn't eat it. Coleslaw is a bunch of nasty mayo and a ton of onions. The only thing that was actually good was the biscuit for once yall remembered butter, and the spicy chicken breast wish wasn't easy to eat, I don't eat spicy.

I'm just coming in for a delivery I have to make on Uber. There's three employees in the back while an interview is being done by manager. Employees in back seem to be in highschool making their buck. This one Caucasian boy doesn't look a day over 17 with pubes on his face and the raspy voice of an obese 7 yr old who vapes all day. One fellow young employee asks him to help with knock out the online orders instead of doing only chicken sandwiches while he does the drive thru. White boy responds " I'm not feeling good today and feel like punching someone in the face!" .... Yells at management and prolly his mother too bring him fries n nuggets while he plays Fortnite yelling all nite at his teammates and opposition. Young afro dude def was picking up his co workers slack. The young woman manger had to step mid interview to make both the orders I came to pick up today. Thanks for the rest of y'all with good customer service and work ethic.

Hate to do this but this store NEEDS GOOD MANAGEMENT already. Haven't been to this location in a while because service has always been slow. Garbage can pulling up by the door to walk in was overflowing and that ahould have been a sign. Not too slow on service today however, once I got my dine in meal I hesitated to, dine in. Every table was dirty. Floors under and around them too. Found the near cleanest table and was going to wipe it down with some napkins. No napkins with my order so I proceed to ask for some up front. Cashier said they had no napkins. Took my food home to eat. Oh and only half the fountain drinks worked. Seems to stay busy but surely proper management and staffing would make all the difference. Try again in a few month Popeye's ✌️
