They give a small cup for the medium size and they give a medium size for a large size. It's a rip off. I ordered a medium mashed potatoes and got a small size.

Wouldn't know how the food is because we were never able to order. We stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take out order. It was complete chaos, they were too busy helping the customers in the drive thru to even notice the people waiting in the lobby and people from the drive thru were coming inside with messed up orders. Do not go into this place on a Friday night if you actually want to get food.

How do you serve me 10 wings in a 12Piece and how do you forget my fries and strawberry biscuits!!! It’s my fault cause I was hungry just started chopping at the wings to find out half my order is not here nor are the wings the right amount.!! Then how do you have a store number to call for these issues and not answer? I called 17 times within 10 minutes. I will be coming tomarrow morning on 3/08/24 to get a full refund. Don’t insult me after a hard day of work when your closing then for the cherry on top! No receipt thank god for bank statements

Horrible, this location lacks organization! No matter when you visit, they will be out of chicken, Mac n cheese, ranch, etc . They don’t listen to details. I had to go through drive through twice and walked in to get my order filled. Wasted sooooo much time because they couldn’t get it together. I am being nice right now to not go into deeper details . The chicken was a bit over-salted. They don’t know if the gravy is pork or not. It’s best to know the industry you work in. I have decided to just go to a different location. This almost made me think never going to another Popeyes. Not that deep for me to come here. My time is very important to me! Please get your act together guys. Hire more people also!!!Let’s not forget DoorDash they forget to add food you order. DONE!!!

We go to Popeyes fairly regularly but this is the first time at this location. The food came out fast but they didn't have any sauces available, half of the drinks were out, and the seating area of the restaurant was noticeably dirty. To top it off, I ended up getting food poisoning the following day...

I remember why I stopped coming to Popeyes. Using the app there is a 14 piece tender. System would not allow it to go through so I stopped at the location. They can't place an order for 14 piece meal because it does not exist. It is on the app for $24.99 it is in the coupon they send for $27. The location o ly has a 16 piece for $38. Feel bad for the staff, they are lost due to poor leadership. Pure chaos every time we come here. Too many other choices to waste our time here.

I went through the drive thru took a little while for food to be made and handed to me... get home pull out the sandwich and go to pull out the fries and they are all over the bottom of the bag no fry holder nothing fries all over the bottom, most likely this place will never make it with service like this, they should just close it and knock it down

Love the food. Service though is slow. No sense of care to get food out to customers standing inside. The cost has become unbelievable. Rarely go now because of cost. While I love this chicken I don't visit here as often anymore.
Was craving a chicken sandwich and decided to go to this location because it seemed newer than the one.off thunderbird and 83rd. We were the only ones there aside from a couple doordash drivers. It took a while to get my order taken as it looked like only 3-4 employees were working. I got my sandwich ordered which the cashier seemed confused while taking the order. I decided.to try some.wings. she explained they were out of containers. My son wanted ranch for the wings.....not in stock. Ordered a drink and it seemed like half the machine had out of order signs on a lot of the flavors. Wings came and they put hardly any sauce on it and they seemed overcooked. The chicken sandwich was good. Through observation I watched a couple upset about their order and waiting on a sandwich...after what seemed like a long time it was ready but they dropped it on the floor and had to cook another. Why they were cooking 1 piece of chicken at a time was beyond me (it was around noon). I do like Popeyes chicken sandwich and next time I will probably go somewhere else to obtain one
