So I ended up coming to this one after all as it's right up the road from where I stay. I'm changing my review. This place is always super clean. The employees are beyond friendly and warm. I was swayed to not give them a shot because a lot of the reviews are bad but I can't figure out why that is?! The food is excellent ?? the atmosphere is warm and inviting. 9 times out of ten they bring my food to my table, the very few times they were out of something I ordered they made it up to me by throwing in extra stuff. they never make me feel unwelcome or like I'm asking for too much (extra napkins & condiments etc.) the managers are great and I can tell they treat their employees like a mini family. The bathrooms are always clean as are the tables. All in all this is my go to late night dinner spot. I'm really glad I gave this place a chance! And if your reading reviews to see if you should go here but are thinking not because of all the bad reviews? My suggestion is to give them a chance. Last time I'll ever judge a place on reviews alone.Parking: There's always spots available usually right by the doorKid-friendliness: There's plenty of families that come here with children. They have high chairs for the little ones and the music is always festive and appropriate.

I find that most of these fast food chicken places are a little pricey. I used the app coupon for 14 pieces of chicken tenders, two large sides with 5 biscuits. It's $24.95 before tax. It feed 3 of us for lunch, then 2 more of us for a late night snack. Tenders were great, the mashed potatoes didn't taste like instant. The Mac n cheese was really thick and cheesy just like a real Mac lover likes. Next time I'll take pictures.Parking: Big lot for the building size.Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of tables for you to wheel on up, too.

I just tried to request a manager and they don’t have one on duty I only called so i can talk because I was sold some under cooked chicken and they just hung the phone up most of the time I have great customer service and support but today’s wasn’t that I got served undercooked chicken and wings poor

Food was old and no flavor. They know this because I went to do the survey and realized why the cashier tore my receipt, he kept the survey code so I couldn't write in. Lol, I will not go back and will be contacting corporate.

The service was horrible and the manager was a teenager that was rude and disrespectful. When I tried to talk to her an ask her to please be a bit more understanding she dismissed me and said are you done. Literally the worst service I have ever had there.
