Ordered a corn rice bowl for delivery. Taste was so-so. Bowl was less than half- filled with food and contained mostly rice with very little corn and nearly no cheese and not a shred of lettuce. Hate when a restaurant skimps on to go orders compared to what is serves in store. Disappointing.

I ordered the Mexican corn bowl with shrimp, but there was only one piece of shrimp and hardly any corn! If you are going to charge me 15$ of shrimp, I need more than one freaking piece! RIP OFF AT ITS FINEST!!!

The service was prompt and friendly. Salsa bar was full but onion didn't taste fresh at all. The food was ok. Nothing too special. Guacamole lucked taste. Mahi mahi had a weird taste. Most likely will not come back. Although the store was clean. May be they need to fix up the recipes a bit.
The food here is rarely the issue. Accuracy of the order has been problematic before. My wife's favorite avocado corn salad will make the correct dressing, or really dressing at all. Sometimes, it's just the wrong salad.Front of house is a mixed bag. Sometimes they are nice, but other times like tonight staff is downright disdainful. The girl at the counter (not with short hair) looked at me like I was a j*** when I asked if an order on the rack was mine. The first answer was no, then she looked, said it was, and informed me that she called it out. I'd only been there a minute or two, so that call out was probably before I got there.Anyway, good is decent, just get it right and be less cranky.

Really love the food at Rubio’s. Everything I’ve had there is so good. Love the fish tacos and the children’s meal with the grilled chicken make your own taco kit. Also love their mahi-mahi bowl and that you can choose cauliflower rice is such a great option.Kid-friendliness: Appreciate the healthier build your own taco kit with grilled chicken
