They open way too early, people go there before school and there are late. This girl I know goes there in morning sometimes and always late at school, I tell her there's no time for Starbucks in the morning but she don't wanna listen to me. So pleaseee change your hours to open at 9AM so she don't be late. (This is a joke btw to prove a point)

The staff is not friendly and are rude. I've been to this location several times at different times of the day. I'm ordering 1 simple drink with no crazy requests or modifications and they are rude. I have yet to have a positive experience at this location. I will be taking my business to Dutch bros nearby.

The staff is extremely rude at this location. They messed up my order and had an attitude when I asked them to correct it. This isn’t the first time I experienced that same attitude and behavior. I would not recommend this store.

If I could rate it zero stars I would, the person in the drive thru taking order (Gia) was the rudest person ever... she does not know how to work with customers, plus she charged me wrong... there's no need to give bad attitude .....

This Starbucks had great customer service! I had issues with my drinks from another Starbucks and explained what happened to this store and they gave me two free drinks to make up for the problem with my last order from another Starbucks. Very friendly staff and super clean environment here.

Something is going on, just not the same. Drinks are taking forever and line is longer than ever. Seems as if management has went down. Makes me sad. Please get it together Starbucks.

This Starbucks is super convenient in the mornings so I don’t mind the busy and unorganized chaos, it’s expected. However walking in and having a pallet placed right in front of the door in the walkway on the floor is not expected. When I got my ankle stuck and fell over this pallet, not one team member came over or even gave it the time of day. A kind couple helped me up and moved the empty pallet out of the way. My ankle is now bleeding and swollen. I hope this team can get their organization better under control so this doesn’t happen to another person especially someone who is older than me and could have been hurt much worse

Poor customer service asked for change and the said no. Bad enough drinks cost what they I used cash which helps them and they couldn’t be bothered to give me change for a 20. Thanks Starbucks I’ll be sure to use my highest rewards credit card next time

This Starbucks is consistently inconsistent. In the morning on weekdays, I usually get great service. In the afternoon and weekends, it's hit or miss. Today, the barista stayed talking to the car in front of us for about 10 minutes, and she made the car behind us wait to order. By the time we got our order, the toasted croissants were cold and the drinks were all watered down. Our order was wrong too.

This location has continued to go downhill for some time now, this includes pre-covid, so they can't use that as an excuse. Coffee drinks are consistently inconsistent. The coffee is so bitter and tastes sour. This is only this location. Coffees are not made correctly. Whenever this is brought to an employees attention, the response is, "I didn't make it."we're really busy," "it will take a lot longer for a replacement." For $7+ for a drink, make it right the first time. You are literally handed whatever here. The attitudes of the employees are atrocious. As the area grows, so does the competition. Hopefully, this is one of the many locations that is closed or fazed out soon.
