I keep having the same problem with this location. Whenever I do a mobile order for multiple drinks (4-5), they never make the drinks at the same time. I come in the time they should be ready and only 1 or 2 will be ready. Then after 10 minutes, they’ll make 1 more. Then another 10-15 minutes and another drink. I know the labels say how many drinks are in an order so i don’t know why they don’t make all the drinks in a single order at once. I always end up having to wait 20-30 minutes AFTER the time they were supposed to be ready.

Annoyed,went there with my boyfriend and my daughter and was in old they didn't have the caramel syrup when they did. They made the caramel ribbon crunch but sold us a caramel frap. I was dumb

Today our drinks tasted like blend ice. Couldn't taste anything in the drinks we ordered. The cups were covered in Carmel that's where all of our topping went. The girl at the window was nice enough to clean the cups for us. Obviously the person making the drinks need more training.

I was a little disappointed in the customer service at this location. The girl at the register in the drive through did not seem to be very nice even though I was very kind to her. Maybe she was having a bad day. I don't know. Hopefully my next visit will be a more pleasant one.
