I usually have to compromise coming to this location due to convenience, because for some reason the way they make their coffee is atrocious. Today though, the lid wasn’t all the way on my coffee causing it to spill all over my lap in the car while driving to work. It’s worth going the extra distance to ANY other Starbucks that exists.

These people took like 20 minutes to make a drink and even other customers were like finally my drink is done when they actually got their drinks we pay over $20 for a couple drinks so I was expecting higher of Starbucks people they were just laughing and having a good time back there when we were waiting for our drinks wouldn't recommend.

Purchased a sandwich at this Starbucks location and while eating I felt something hard on my teeth I could not chew. I then opened the sandwich and noticed pieces of cardboard. I ripped the pieces to see what they were and there you can see the little hairs. See pictures. This is **** nasty. Who is the crazy lazy cook that doesn’t pay attention. Should be fired. That’s why businesses like these get sued. Can’t imagine what else they put on their food.

9/15/235:30amWent to Starbucks this morning and They totally pissed me off today before going to work this morning.I asked for 2 refresher with light ice. They informed me that if I wanted light lice they would have to charge me 1$ more for both drinks due to not getting ice to make up the drink difference.If y’all wanna scam y’all customers. Just say so. This is crazy I’ve been going to Starbucks forever and love using my Starbucks app.Unfortunately I left without a purchase. We are already paying expensive prices for the drinks and how y’all wanna add additional fees.I’ll be finding another coffee company to supply my morning drinks before work.:(Also, the employee in the drive through did not want to provide her name. Customer service was not friendly.

When I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly barista who made me feel right at home. The customer service at this Starbucks is truly exceptional. The staff is not only efficient and professional but also incredibly personable. They chatted with me, recommended drinks, and ensured that every aspect of my visit was enjoyable.One thing that stood out to me was the attention to detail in the presentation of the drinks. Each cup is carefully crafted, and the baristas take pride in creating beautiful latte art. They are passionate about what they do.Furthermore, the cleanliness of this Starbucks is impeccable. Good StarbucksI come to this location if im in the area. Its usually not as busy as other ones so I can get my in order fast.The staff are always friendly and the inside is always clean and welcoming. I felt the need to come on here today and write a review based on the experience I had today. While at Starbucks you always expect the drinks to remain the same, which it absolutely did. However the reason I’m writing this isn’t because of the drinks/food, it’s because of the service. Every time I drive through this specific Starbucks it’s always packed, sometimes other customers are irritated and the baristas can get backed up. However these events will never stop the baristas and partners from being super friendly towards everyone. This is my go-to Starbucks simply because of the service and today when I received my drink the cashier had a smile on her face and handed me my cup with a flower sticker on it. This flower sticker was such a nice way to start my day and even though it’s such a small act, it really did make my day. I will always go back to this Starbucks for the exceptional service.

My car broke down in the middle of their drive thru, right in between the menu and their window. My stick shift wouldn’t even budge from park after I parked my car to try to restart my car. While yes I was in the middle of the line I wasn’t blocking people from getting to the window. The manager there was awful. No one inside offered to help me whatsoever all they did was tell me that I needed to figure out a way to move because I was blocking the line even though everyone was driving around me. They told me I should leave my car and walk to walmart to try to get someone to help me and if I couldn’t then I needed to “figure it out because I was interfering with business”. Awful awful awful service and management. Their customers were a lot more helpful in offering than they were.
