This subway is a disaster. We ordered 8 sandwiches and every single one was wrong. And this was after they lost our order and didn’t make any attempt to make amends. My drunk girlfriend makes better sandwiches than these wackos. Never again. Don’t waste your money there’s better food with better service for a better price like literally anywhere else.

Weekend employee here - I'm not being vain giving service so many stars, though, I mean everyone else gets the stars! Heidi's a great boss. She's able and willing to make accommodations for my schedule, and she's always making tweaks and improvements in our training, processes, etc. to ensure we serve the best subs possible.

The person working here was very nice but the restaurant was soooooo gross. I went to sit down as he made my pick up food and everything was sticky. Food was all over the floor, I dont blame him because he was all by himself and there were a handful of people. I imagine its hard to take the time to clean. One of the subs was completely wrong and both were not cut. Both subs absolutely SMOTHERED in mayo it made the bread soggy and the paper rip. I think if he had another employee with him he wouldnt have felt so rushed.

This place was horrible! The customer service was awful and the manager kept yelling at her staff and they made the sandwiches a sloppy.
Heather was the only employee in the store and she was doing excellent. She worked quickly and efficiently and it was her first day! Kudos to Heather!

It's crazy how we come to Glendale glitters my wife thats pregnant asked to use the restroom before we order and they refused first because we have to buy something no good business and it's dirty and smells
