I go to Subways quite often and was highly impressed. Very clean, all the veggies very fresh, and friendly staff. I have been here a couple of other times and different points throughout the day. Every time 100% consistent.

Seriously overpriced, very low value.. Food was rather lackluster and underwhelming. Service was about average for fast food. Atmosphere was fine.

One of the workers tried to charge me $2.99 for 1 cookie, when they actually went for 3 for $2.99. Luckily another worker fixed it. I'm just saying you work there since when are your cookies going for $2.99 a piece???

I use to come here before the pandemic but I've gone recently here now and the older female employee looks bothered having to do her job whether it's busy or even it's it just 2 people in the lobby. It's your guys motto have it your way? Well she sure seems to not give a shit because you can ask her or tell her to do something for your Sandwich and it also bothers her. I'll update this when I can see her name tag too

Where to start...I ordered 5 total foot longs. Three, yes 3 were messed up So I called to request it be rectified.The employee in the photo says she must "look at the cameras" first. She returned to the line and tells me the multigrain "Is" made with rotisserie, and she doesn't see anything wrong with the rest of my order, claiming her review of the footage confirms she made them correctly.Well, Look at the photo... this is clearly not rotisserie! I pack up the 3 incorrect sandwiches and must now drive back to "prove" to her that the sandwich seen photographed is NOT a turkey sub! You would think once she realized she did in fact mess up the order that she would rectify it right?HAHAHANo... she starts gaslighting, telling me it's the crying babies fault she didn't understand that the multigrain had turkey, or that the rotisserie had cheese (dairy allergy so no bueno)!I had to prove to her she made them wrong, so she starts mumbling and gaslighting under her breath while making the sandwiches. After I ask her to stop she refuses to remake them saying she can refuse service to anyone, and has the young kid remake them. As she helps the older couple behind me she starts talking trash (in spanish) about me to the older couple (must've thought only mexican people understand Español).Oh I wish this was the end of it, but no... after I get my sandwiches from the young boy this girl proceeds to say "Bye Karen" and instigates the other patrons to join in saying Im racist, and my frustration isn't over the order she made wrong, but because she's a mexican and "not white". She goes on to claim I favored the "white guy" and this was only about her being brown!!!Now Im being verbally attacked by another patron, being called Karen by her and this guy, told I'm racist, this guy is power posturing and making me fearful of my safety as he hits the table with his hands and moves towards me.Bottom line... I am beyond disgusted Subway would hire such a horrible person.This Could NOT possibly be because she made 3 of 5 sandwiches wrong, lied about the camera instead of just making the sandwiches, GASLIGHTING when she was found to be wrong, requiring me to drive back to get the order right, refusing (even after seeing she was wrong) to simply be accountable, GASLIGHTING the whole time I was waiting, making me wait while she tended to other customers who were "behind me", nor was it over my order that was due at 6:30 but finally ready at 730, no this was not at all about the starving family still waiting...No she says Im racist?!So then why the heck do I have a black spouse and mixed children? For real, wow you went there!I will not spend a dime at this location due to a verbally abusive, gaslighting, rude, unaccountable, unrighteousness, racist crying brat being employed there. I see racism every day I leave my home with my spouse and kids, so to try to play that card to deflect your fault was one word SICK! There are people that actually do face racism, so to act like a victim... when they review the footage, I hope you will be fired or receive some kind of training on how to be an acceptable employee!This was wholly unnecessary, and I implore corporate to review the footage! No Patron should be subjected to verbal abuse because their worker can't be accountable to their own mistakes nor rectify them! All I asked was to have my sandwiches made per the ticket... WOW.Dietary restrictions: Good luck... they can't even read the ticket. When they mess up and put allergens in the food, you get called names and abused for asking to make it right. Go elsewhere if you have allergies

This person should not be employed in "any" sector that includes client interaction! She also needs to be taught accountability when you make a mistake. Calling a patron names and inciting others to join in on the abuse is not how an employee should behave, especially when they are in the wrong.Subway, if you keep people like this in your employ, loyal patrons will not continue coming. I was appalled how this person behaved tonight, rather than correcting her mistakes blaming others.

You know, their motto is "eat fresh" but when you think about it, all of their items are sitting out on the open counter the entire day. So not sure how "fresh" that really is. In any case, I had a foot long meal of a Supreme Meat club which includes pepperoni, cappicola, salami, and ham. My sub was pretty standard fare quality. Got a nice, quick, and average meal.

I ordered online with specific instructions. Not only did they not follow the instructions but they completely skipped over them. So I thought maybe they didn't see them on the order but they are printed right on the receipt! Very disappointed kid when I got home that couldn't eat the sandwich.

Short staffed for the time of day. Employee was very slow making the food, didn't listen to customers requests. However the subs were well made. Answered a lot of unnecessary questions. Just wanted it made the way I said. Didn't need trying to be persuaded to do something different. Very clean compared to most Subways.

ATTENTION GENERAL MANAGER...NOT HAPPY.I just went by this location yesterday morning to speak to the "on-duty manager" to let them know 3 NIGHTS IN A ROW I was turned away because the STORE CLOSED EARLY. 1st night: 10 mins to closing myself and 5 other patrons were told, "everything is put away we're closed" 2nd night: 20 mins to closing: Door locked, chairs up and employees still in the store with all the lights off. All before 10pm. The franchise owner should be extremely disappointed with the management and closing staff that allow this practice to happen. Guess what, your missing out on a ton of money in that last hour. I counted over 25 people in the last 4 nights I've seen this location close.I demand I reasonable response to this message and someone to personally contact me. Otherwise l, I'm reporting this to corporate and hope you lose the right to put a Subway sign on the outside wall.

This review is more about the person that served us. She was amazing. She put the mayo then the lettuce and stuff so it wasn't all messy and in your face plus on the meatball she heated the meatballs then put the sauce so it didn't get soggy. She rocks! I wish I knew her name so I could tell her manager. I think her name was Emme. I love when I can Finally give a good review!!

Went there tonight at 8:05 pm. Open sign was off, chairs were on top of the tables, lobby lights were dim, employees were all in the back. Looked at website that said they closed at 10 pm. My husband opened the door and an employee peeked around the corner, he asked if they were open, she said yes for a short time. I told her the website said they closed at 10:00 and she said they were closing soon. A child boy opened the door after us and asked if they were open and the employee said the lobby closed at 8:00pm. Several people came in after us and the employees seemed perturbed that people were still coming in. Employees were not friendly and bread tasted stale. Definitely would not recommend. Female person helping us had a visor on that said "Cofee" as her name tag.
