The girl with glasses had a very rude tone and both girls there took their sweet time to take care of us as if they were upset we went in at 7 like ? You guys close at 9 relax, if you cant seem to handle working night shifts don’t ask for them.

Maryjane has helped me several times making my sandwiches, by far she makes the best ones I have had from subway and now I go get me one 2 times a week. She is so nice and has awesome service!

I don't know if the woman behind the counter was upset I was using a coupon or upset at her job, woke up on the wrong side of the bed etc...but her attitude was uncalled for. Soon as I presented the coupon she proceeded to snatch it from me, look at it and then me in slight disgust and ask me what sounded like what kind of sandwich in a hushed tone.She was already picking my cheese for me before I could. After toasting, I asked if they had spinach and she said no. Mind you I went to this store at 11am, and they open at 8am. How do you not have spinach out? The lettuce they had out looked not so great on top.After making my sandwich, she slightly slammed/shoved my cup toward me on the counter.The whole atmosphere was not welcoming at all. It's already bad enough that subway's prices are higher now but mixed with a bad attitude? This will be my 1st and LAST time at this location unless you change employees.P.S. the bread she gave me felt stale.

The two lady’s are rude and sometimes charge me more for the same order I get every weekend. They tried to refuse my coupon and even when she accepted she charged me for what the coupon said was free until I pointed it out and she fixed the price.
Not welcoming. The food is good. I just don't feel appreciated when I walk in to this establishment.

Always enjoy Subway, it seems forever!?The server assumed, I was with the group came in with.Oddly my friends son ordered first, his step-son, then my friend & I was just passed up, & she took the next guy, instead of asking as they normally do," Who's Next! "My friend asked if I ordered & I let her know I was passed up.?So when the served took did take my order, she was short with me & rude! Bad day I guess.?*Mind U I've never had a Subway server ever treat me that way!?Hope she's feelin & doin better!?But the Food was great anyway!???

Woman was rude. I was looking at the bread case and she kept saying this is all the bread I have pointing at the sign. I asked for extra pickles and banana peppers and it was like I was asking for her first born child. Will not be coming back!

Really sloppy job, things from the sandwich fell everywhere and they just picked it up and put it back on the sandwich. Bad attitude bad service. Super messy sandwiches worst subway I've ever been to. Will never be back and I will tell people not to come to it.

Multiple times this location has disappointed. All my orders are cold after asking them to be toasted whether I order online or in person. The recent experience comes from a visit where I had a coupon for 3 for 17.99 for three footlongs. I read the fine print cautiously before coming to the store and it does not say a single word about excluding the sweet onion teriyaki sub, but according to their management and location they won't take the coupon for that sub. The owners and management should be ashamed to run this store with how terrible the customer service is. I love subway but this location is not it. I recommend taking your money down to 91st and Olive and giving that subway a shot.
