As I attempt to put my change away she continues to rudely repeat “here you go” as if she was in a rush to pass me my drink. I said you don’t have to rush me, as I reach for the drink she exclaimed “I’m not rushing you then slams window. Angelica needs to also understand that without customers she would not have a job.

I love Taco Bell and I’ve been to this location many many times, today was just awful tho, just paid 15 bucks for food and it tasted terrible, it honestly tasted like chemicals idk if someone had cleaning supplies on their gloves and manhandled my food or if someone put hand sanitizer on and didn’t let it dry before touching my food but something was not right, couldn’t finish my food it was not good at all and tasted very off and smelled of chemicals

I ordered the chicken enchilada burrito. It’s the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had! The rice seemed like I was eating plastic. Extremely hard and crunchy. I don’t know why they call it a chicken enchilada when there is very little chicken in here. It seems like I was crunching on plastic. It’s mostly tortilla.

I used to love Taco Bell. Quick, easy, good portion and affordable. Not too much anymore. High prices are like everywhere else, and my burritos are small. Like eating tortillas with a pinch of goodies inside. My chips Stale. No smile from the takeout window.

frequent this location for lunch. often has okay service but today, i asked to use cash and put the rest on card and instead of using cash, the employee put it all on my card, over-drafting my account (used exclusively for groceries/lunches so i consciously used the cash for this reason). after spending all of two minutes getting back to work, my potato tacos were thoroughly cold and contained literally three tiny potatoes each. absolutely trash experience today after consistently okay service so not really sure what happened.

Pulled up at 12:57am and a young girl told me that they were closed when it was only 12:57am when they supposed to close right at 1:00am ! people are just lazy to make any order before closing I guess lol stupid Taco Bell EVER

So clearly Taco Bell doesn’t care about your order. I order thru the app I don’t get the right food. I go inside it takes 30-40 minutes. I go in the drive thru my foods cold. Submit a complaint? They won’t respond. Why would they even want to help? I cannot believe this business is everywhere and thrives. You can get much better tacos and food cheaper at the food trucks in the same plaza.

First time in a long while, I sat down at a tacobell with a clean dinning area, soda fountain worked, sauce packages and napkins stocked up, most importantly the food was hot, and fresh and made correct the first time, ill be eating tacobell from this location from now
