Awesome job by the General Manager, in real-time problem solving. Corporate promotes the use of apps, yet the stores are not provided with the needed information to meet the needs of the customer. General Manager listened to the problem, then met and exceeded expectation to resolved the issue. Thank you! Enjoyed my meal even more.

Service sucked. Girl who took my order was great. Manager lady terrible. I get we all have friends that come to our jobs. But seeing I ordered way before them my food should have gone out sooner. I shouldn't wait while she makes her friends food. Not cool. Terrible service. I won't ever come back. That's terrible service and she seemed to think I was supposed to be appreciative that I even got my food. No I'm jot. I shouldn't wait an additional 10 minutes for my food. She needs to be fired. I let everyone in NY office know to not come here. It is not worth it.

It is 12:56 am and they are supposed to be open. My husband just drove there to be told they are closed. A few weeks prior they ran out of beef and we didn't realize the issue until we went to eat our food. They don't seem to operate very well late at night.

Haven't eaten Taco Bell in years .visiting my grandkids, and they wanted Taco Bell for dinner. We had a ball, and it wasn't that expensive, and we had leftover.Parking: Busy location next door to trader Joe's
No complaints. Hey, it's Taco Bell...fast food...but in all fairness that does leave things wide open for criticism, but not at this visit. Food was hot, delicious, and the staff was friendly. I used the wash room to wash my hands and the bathrooms seemed clean ..there wasn't trash on floor. Overall, good experience!

The kids ate all of their meals. The lady working in the window on the night shift was very accommodating & thoughtful. Informative! She and even tried to help me troubleshoot a couple of issues (not related to their food or business) as I was traveling North.
