I was excited that the majority of the customers were Asian. That always makes me feel like the food is authentic. Is it wrong to say these days? Please don't cancel me! This has a very classy, an upscale feel, except for the plastic glasses and plasticware which didn't seem to fit the classiness on this place. I had the Seafood Lobster Hot Soup which I enjoyed. I will be back to try some of the other menu items.

My daughter and I wanted to grab some hot pot for lunch today while out on the town @tastypot.usa Tasty Pot and Tea is located in Glendale, AZ on Bell Road. There's lots of seating inside and many orders to-go went out as we ate. Order by QR code or in-person. I ended up ordering in-person because I had to request no egg or rice and it was easily done. So many items on the menu look tasty. I love that they offer free hot black or green tea with your order and bring water to your table. Since this was our first visit, we decided to try some milk tea instead of hot tea. Our hot pots were brought to our table bubbling along with our noodle option in a side bowl. We could adjust the flame on our individual hot pot to our desired heat. It's so great that the servers walk around with broth and ask if you'd like a broth refill. It's like a dream come true for me. Also, the server let me know that the broth was made using chicken bones so this is authentic chicken bone broth. We couldn't finish all of our soup so we asked for to-go containers and we even got our to-go soup topped off with more broth. As I hear in Arizona, often, we are supposed to drink and eat hot food during the summer because it helps our body regulate its temperature better. What better way to do that on this week of 90° weather and have some delicious hot pot soup? This was a nice break from rush-hour traffic. We left with our milk teas to enjoy on the road. Yumm! We ordered: - 7. Kimchi Dumpling Hot Soup Taiwanese Cabbage, Pork Slices, Kimchi, Dumpling, Ricecake, Mini Sausage, Shrimp, Enoki Mushroom, Kamaboko, Tempura, Clam, Fuzhou Fishball, Soft Tofu, Fried Tofu Skin, Zucchini, Imitation Crabmeat, Egg, Scallion (I got mine with no egg, no rice cake) - Thai Milk Tea with Boba, 25% Sweet - Rose Matcha Latte, 50% Sweet

Great food, but they miss out on my order or forget something due to communication issues that they have. It doesn't bother me, but it hinders me from giving 5 stars because it's happened too many times and can ruin your experience if you let it. I believe they mean well but it may be an English barrier?

Excellent food! Amazingly fast and attentive service. The food here is legit and the pots come out cooking strong! Very good prices for a lot of food. I think it’s the best hot pot value around.
If you love this style of food, this place does it well and uses great ingredients. Our group ordered three different orders, each one was fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The customer service is great, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is a great vibe.

This was a good choice. The restaurant is nice inside. The service was good and efficient, although I feel like I couldn’t fully communicate with my server. You order your food from your phone. The food was ok. The broth was a bit bland. I wish they had an option for me to build my own so I can not waste the items I don’t want. No option to take them out. Overall good experience. I’d go back to try a different flavor.

Terrible. Such a waste of money. Hotpot for days is SO MUCH BETTER. They ignore you from the moment you sit down basically. Asked if we wanted more broth right after getting our pot and never once came around after that. Gotta scan a code and put your own order in and pour your own water put the flame out yourself. You can have all the neat and toppings and noodles you want with more broth tastier broth at other places for the same price. Do not recommend at all.

First time trying hot pot and it was absolutely delicious! Flavors were amazing and staff was very attentive. Had the beef hot pot as well as the Taiwanese hot pot along with some teas and everything was flavorful. Will definitely come back next time I am in the city.
