The Christmas story is superb, magical. The 2nd half of the show is very much heavy metal with a touch of devilism. Bit strange

We just saw the show at the Allstate Arena 12/29/23 ~ The Show, Effects & Music were great! 3 things... 1. You need a video camera to focus on the singers/acts as in a typical standard concert venue. I had to use the Zoom on my phone to discern the singer/ focus of the show, which was an inconvenience. 2. Your sporadic white strobe lights are very, very overpowering. We had to close our eyes. You need to minimize this effect, especially. For people with visual issues. I saw people leaving because of the effects. 3. In certain scenes, you may want to diminish your smoke/fog. It looks cool, but it distorts viewing for the audience. I am not a heavy metal band enthusiast, but your spark & performance were definitely energetic! I hope you see this review to maximize your performance. Then, I will see your show again. Sincerely ... a new interested fan. Debi T.

Just left their concert early. Have heard so much hype over the years. It definitely didn't live up to it! Not worth the money or drive. Reminds you of a bad 80s concert. Stay at home and watch videos of the old hair bands. You'll enjoy it much more

Omg... the best show in Wi. Truely talented making every minute amazing feeling lucky to be there.

Ewwww. God I could have watched a whitesnake video from the 80s and had the same experience....overhyped and well under done....it was redundant, at times obnoxious....the woman singing was the only saving grace. She was simply fantastic...less air guitar and less flinging...more true talent...that woman should go out on her own...wouldn't see again for half the money I paid.

On my way home now. Couldn't make it through an hour of the show. Definitely not a Christmas show, more like a dark cult like show. TSO looks like a bunch of washed up 80's rockers that couldn't cut it in the real world. So they decided to juice up some so called Christmas songs and add a zillion lasers for effect. It was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think or understand a word they were singing. Don't waste your time or money. It's not what it's cracked up to be

2023 VyStar Arena, Jacksonville, FL. Just left. Disappointed. Great light show but very "balloty" not that uplifting rock show they use to put on. My 22 year old son actually fell asleep. Sorry, not worth the money.

First time seeing them and we had very good seats. The songs they played were good but it wasn't that impressive. Singers did a great job and it was catchy but there was no real story to follow. I really was hoping to hear the difference layers of instruments but it really was only bass, lead, guitar, some rhythm guitar and drums. I could see the violinist and the flute but the mixing was bad. If you're looking for an 80 hair metal message with too many lasers and some occasional fire, enjoy. I was waiting for them to throw the guitar in the air since the playing was mediocre. Maybe it's better in Vegas.

Terrible show. Started off good with a Christmas message and quickly went to the dark side with no message. Long on form and VERY SHORT on substance. Willnot come back

I have wanted to see this performance for years. Sorry to say I was very disappointed . I went anticipating spectacle. Yes, there were lasers and pyro technics and rock music. All good. I also expected an orchestra rocking out. Nope, it's a band using electronic instruments to sound as if there was an orchestra. There was a narrator that came out between songs to weave the music into a story , but I couldn't follow it. Plenty of slower songs that droned on. And one strange song featured 3 or 4 women center-stage flinging their long hair left then right. That was weird. I wanted to be mesmerized. Blown away! I left underwhelmed and disappointed.

Way different than 15 years ago. They played most of their own songs and the orchestra has morphed into a rock band-think Bret Michaels. Couldn't follow the story line and knew only 2 songs. Also not very Christmas like at all.

I have never seen a performance so enthusiastically appreciated and cheered that received so many bad reviews. Seems that a lot of ppl went expecting something quite different. For what it is intended to be. it's an outstanding memorable performance unlike any other you'll see. I came of age in the 70's seeing Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Pink Floyd, The Who and many groups now considered "classics". If heavy metal and pyrotechnics aren't your thing, don't come here to criticize something not of your genre. Mistakenly attending a show not of one's preferences does not make it inherently bad. For what they do, absolutely 5 stars. For those not liking the flash, power chords and unlikely style of Christmas music, go elsewhere.

I was so excited about my first concert ever for TSO at the Mohegan Sun in CT, since I had heard so many great things about TSO from other people that seen their past shows. I was all set to fall into Christmas and set the mood. My husband and me also bought a ticket for my niece for her birthday. I left with so much disappointment and disgust. This was not Christmas and Jesus is not represented in this horror show. They even played the theme to the Omen. If you look up the Latin translation you will be horrified. I feel awful that we took our niece to this foul show and felt I threw our hard earned money away. What a waste. It is too bad this band has crossed into the dark side and pushing their unchristian views on other innocent victims without their consent. People brought their children and families with no knowledge of what they were in for. They need to be warned. If you are a Christian and love Jesus, do not go to this show. Tell others. They should not include Christmas in their show name.

we made a family tradition to go there year after year. Upon discovering this year Christmas tradition will decide when we will no longer be going there at the point where the séance by the musicians, while the devil worshiping music was playing tar card images were seen on the screen ourselves what's going on here what is going on here and it wasn't until the last two songs that we realized we are now assisting and the worshiping of the devil used to never be like this if you like cards, you wanna see, fiery red flames and Sances. This is your kind of place if you want for Christmas this is the last place you're going to find the Lord , this is no longer what it used to be tarot cards will tell you everything you need to know
