Big bucks for a nice time. I am retired to Arizona and did business with CALLAWAY GOLF for over 30 years. Callaway sent me a Top-Golf gift certificate. Top-Golf charges what I call vacation or resort prices, but offers resort type service. Impossible to get a dining seat during football season or when a professional sports teams are in playoffs. If you ask bar tenders they will change sports team channels on big screen for you. Food is excellent. Drinks are generous and good. Great place for small business meetings (golf is a bonus) or business lunch. Plenty of parking. Vegetarian food for those on restricted diets. I have spoken with others who had business gatherings at Top-Golf and everyone had a good time, but the office entertainment budget was gone.Vegetarian options: Great food if your a duck.Dietary restrictions: Kitchen will modify their food choices if you ask.Parking: Many parking lots in Arizona have narrow, unpleasant parking spaces to meet city parking codes.Kid-friendliness: Nice place if you like to bring your kids and have allot of money.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking. Accessibility perfect, its there and you do not notice it.

Top Golf is always a great place to go and have fun. The drinks we were served were great, but our servers had attitudes like high school snobs that were too good to be there. When checking in, make sure you get your night club twenty one over band for alcohol. They must have underage drinking problems here.

Cheaper and better to just go to a driving range if you’re trying to practice and get a few strokes in. The people at the counter just send you automated texts instead of getting you set up in a bay and providing a “service”. Came in on a Monday at 11am and had to wait 20 plus minutes for a bag when the place was pretty much empty lol save your money folks

Horrible experience here. When we got to our bay no one was there to help us we wanted to order food and drinks and no one came to serve us we had to go call someone to come service us. When we did order some food half our order of food came and the other half never came we just told the waitress to forget the other half of food because our game was 5 mins away from finishing. We paying alot of money to come here should be way better service. Considering not coming again.

Everything was good, our server Ariella (i think that was her name) was super nice & gave really great service. The redheaded lady in the red vest was rude & condescending. Didnt get the chance to catch her name but due to her different clothing and walkie talkie she was carrying around im assuming she was a manager. I would expect someone higher up to talk to customers in a way that is more polite & understanding, unfortunately this experience with this particular employee was unpleasant & disappointing.

First time at a top golf and wow...I wasn't disappointed! Easy to learn hard to master games. Food and drinks were amazing I recommend the Mac and cheese bites and the American mule. We were on the second floor and the manager was super helpful and really friendly. Awsome experience will definitely come back.

Very Disappointing. Arrived at 3:00 for 3:15 reservation and waited until 3:45 for a tee. Were told on arrival we were on deck 2 but when we got our tee it was on deck one. Ordered drinks and food. Drinks arrived but no food. Ordered again and food arrived finally. We had booked two hours and after 1:15 the server told us we had 15 minutes remaining. When we questioned her she called the manager. He agreed to add 1/2 hour but 20 minutes later our machine locked up. We decided to leave. $300 later for 7 people and we left disappointed l.

I used to give 5 stars, but all the new games such as: Jewel Jam, Angry Birds, Block Party no longer have the sound turned on. This is part of the fun. Am I going to get a credit or refund for not getting the experience I signed up for when we purchased the platinum membership??? Maybe everyone should ask for a refund if their games don't have sound???
