Ordered online went to pick it up for grandbaby wanted nuckets..aka nuggets..showed my conf.they told me I had wrong store I showed I had correct store..then manager who looked 12 yr old and scared couldn't help me unless I printed it out..then 2nd manager came after 30 mins in back and said call or pick up your food at door dash!! What? I can't cancel the order after 45 mins at Wendy's no food and they got my money. it was not busy but the staff was lollygagging and folding and unfolding bags for anticipated food to come..the place was a mess tables not wiped and napkins n straw paper all over floor.horrible experience and my grandgurl had a melt down wanted nuckets .couldn't transition leaving with nothing..pending in my online bank account so can't cancel ...yet..good luck I was kind and just walked out no anger mi(

Went through the drive thru for a mobile order today. Gave my name, waited in line only to get up to the window to be asked to pay for an order not mine. No biggie, easy mistake to rectify. Nope. The level of rudeness and incompetence of the older woman at the window was ridiculous. I explained several times I already paid, they checked me in and the order she was handing me was not mine. If they gave it away to another wrong person, then just make another. It was an easy order. After 3-4 mins they find that it was placed inside accidently. Cool, sealed bag, not the end of the world. What is absolute garbage is that the old woman blamed me saying it eas inside thia whole time. Not my mistake, that was yours. Both the app and receipt said drive thru AND you checked me in at the drive thru. Next time, grow a pair and own your mistake. It would have easily been rectified and quote frankly, the comments to blame me weren't even needed. Just hand me my food and move on. Not boycotting wendys, just this extremely rude location, if they get shut down tomorrow I wouldn't shed a tear

Don’t let the guy at the window know that they didn’t give you half your order before driving away…..or when you ask him for 6 bbq sauces for the 30 nuggets you order and he only gives you 2 sauces and throws a fit when you ask for them again….. he will flip you off! And start cussing before your window is fully rolled up. Absolutely ridiculous and the worst service. The other worker was too busy on her phone to help anyone. Hire people with customer service skills! Flipping off your customers for your stupidity doesn’t get you very far.

The management here sucks and they know it too, they don't gaf because they know it's their establishments name that sells. Not they're service. So they have no problem treating you like a number, sad that the ones getting paid less they're do a better job displaying empathy. WERE ALL HUMANS.

I love Wendy’s, but this was awful. Got stale lukewarm burgers, frys and nuggets tasted cold and undercooked, ordered a double cheeseburger but got a single. Rubbery tasteless bacon. Soda tasted flat and weird. They ran out of coke and Diet Coke. Smaller portions than normal. I’ll never go here again. Way too expensive. The servers were nice enough though.
