They literally have one job and it's burned. It was not edible. Even the non burned parts sucked up the burned flavor. Super disappointed.

Went in yesterday. My order was $27 for 2 pretzels and 2 drinks. The pretzels were not cooked correctly, it was very doughy, it was definitely uncooked, I wanted to go back and let employee know, but I was on my way back home when I was trying to enjoy my pretzel. I love pretzels, but these made me sick biting into an uncooked pretzel, it was gross, and had to toss it in the trash.

Didn't receive all of the order and items we door receive were incorrect. Rude and overwhelmed staff. They did not have enough staff members working to handle the crowds and as a result we're making mistakes and not friendly.

This place is horrible!!!! They took advantage of my daughter and gave her the bigger sizes than she asked for! And when I asked for my refund the lady at the cash register didn’t want to give me back my change!

First time trying Wetzel’ Pretzels. They were very good
The girl at the register was very short and seemed angry to be there. I tried to order a number 3 as it shows on the front picture of the register, she said it's all individual, ok that's fine so I order everything individually and get my stuff, of course I step out since there was a line and it's very small inside. I walked back in and said there was no cheese in the bag, she said you'll have to get back in line. I left it at that. The pretzels were good, service not so much.

We eat here every weekend. Normally I give 5 stars to wetzles, today I do not. At 11:50 am we ordered a girl with glasses took our order, when we got the order there were two sauces we never ordered. No biggy no refund offered just attitude, then we ordered a my dew which was actually lemonade, on return all attitude then we got pretzel bites with salt, no salt bites were delivered. On return of those bites we got nothing but more attitude, and instead ofFixing it she argued and gave us stale product. Service was horrible this girl should not be in service.

I am not a huge fan of the pretzels. They don't taste like actual pretzels and the it is definitely fast food. The price is pretty high for a small bag. I shared one with two friends and had 3 little pieces. However, counting the calories their bitz are calorie bombs. I don't recommend Wetzel Pretzels to people that look over their weight and health.
