Took over 20 minutes in drive through for absolutely the worst hamburger ever. Buttery bacon Swiss, patty was dry with one slice soggy bacon on petrified bun. Nothing else on burger.

Loved the food, as always. Service was painfully subpar. After waiting 10 minutes behind one car with a small order, knowing my food was ready, I had to wait almost 5 minutes more before being tended to. Trainee on the cash register? Even if that were the keys it was time for a trainer to step in.

The bobas were hard as rock! Literally impossible to chew. I don’t think corporate Jack in The Box intended for it to be that way. So what the heck happened there? Maybe I’m expecting too much from a Jack in The Box in a sleepy mining town. Psh!
