Wow, what a great experience in stepping back in time where your ice cream and shakes are hand scooped and made. Our first concern was the limited flavors but then realized that was nice in making the selection process easier. The lone young woman employee was so nice and helpful. So cute and a great spot to cool off at as you explore Globe. The ice cream shop is larger than others I've been to in Maricopa County with plenty of seating (albeit the restroom was a bit smal) There were lots of new flavors to try including a nice blue one called Monster Cookie. You can also get water for a $1.The employees are super nice. At the back, there some games like toss the bean bag.

This was almost like something out of an 80s movie in a good way. I had a great time playing games and the ice cream was delish. It's COVID waiting to happen, I admit. But as long as you really pay attention to what you touch.
