Between 4:45 PM – 5:30 PM,I travel to fill up my water jugs to find out that one of the jugs wasn’t properly tighten, it had wasted in my backseat. The thing is I just got out of surgery for my neck a couple days ago it’s hard for me too. Take care of myself right now, not eligible to live more than 10 pounds so you can see how difficult it was for me to travel just so I can do work cleaning up a puddle of water in my backseat car. The thing is I lost money for traveling, I lost money for paying for five judge and only got four full water jugs. This store is one of my favorite in his whole Goodyear location. I’m sure that the employees wasn’t aware that the jug was loose but I’m just too hurt slashin pain from my surgery to be cleaning up A puddle of water in my backseat so my car won’t get molded or smell like mildew.

Best alkaline water in the valley. Service is always respectful and helpful. Only go to place for alkaline water.

This place is convenient and it's a hit or miss on which young person is giving your account the proper bonus credit. The price of the water must cover the minimum wage increase. This I understand, but at this rate, each person can afford to at least hold the door open and offer to fetch the wagon curbside, their wages should dictate this courtesy. A warm smile never hurt anyone, a simple logo shirt and cleanliness appears as if the owner and worker cares about the product offered and feel like my purchase is worth it. Just some thoughts from a decade long patron.

I was at this location on 8/2/23 the young staff was VERY HELPFUL when I purchased blocks of ice (3) and they asked to carry them to the car still while other customers were in the store.I was actually glad to see young folks working not sitting around or on the cell phones.Keep it up!!
