We went to BWW for our first time on 4/20/24 at 1:30pm we got nachos $17 added brisket $3, which was chewy and dry, guacamole $2, 20 wings $30 over cooked doused in sauce, brisket bacon burger $16 with a side of cold fries $5, extremely salty with chewy brisket and 2 amazing mixed non-alcoholic red bull drinks $16 + tip $14 and taxes at a whopping $98. (didn't keep but looked up total) had excellent service and hope the same for the the food, but it was a let down and unfortunately we won't be back again. I know it was busy from playoffs, but it should have been better than what we got.

Sat down to eat with the family, ordered dinner. Our kids became too much of a fuss to sit and eat, so we asked our server to change our food to be in to-go containers, to which he replied "no we can't do that." 1. I know you can, I use to work at b-dubz. 2. You can do that anywhere it's as simple as putting it in to go containers. 3. Was very rude about it. So he brought the food and had us put it in containers ourselves didn't matter that we had to do it, just the fact I know the request could have been done. So I barely tipped him. Shouldn't have at all honestly. Then after all is done we are still waiting on our side order to which he forgot about and said "ughh" as in we are annoying him that he forgot about our order and finally got it to us about 30 minutes later again on a plate and not a to go container. Couldn't have a worse experience with a server if I tried.

Really good wings. Lots of flavors. I come here for the ranch! Their ranch is different and fits perfectly with their sauces. The wait can be a little long and the sauces are on the spicy side. Again, solid wings and the reason I'm ranking it 5 stars is for the ranch.

i had high hopes because the Westgate location is amazing, however i quickly found out this location lacks care for their carry out orders. i got home & my large order of fries were missing & so were my two drinks. i’m surprised they remembered the ranches. i won’t be coming back to this location. i’ll stick to westgate.

Ordered for pick up via app. When completing order, app showed ready at 1910. After order processed, app showed pickup time at 1920. Arrived at 1908. Pickup counter was overwhelmed. Multiple orders ready on the shelving. I was third in line, was acknowledged quickly, but didn't get order until almost 1920. Wings tasted stale. Pretzel appetizer had one Pretzel completely hollowed out, cheese container was only half full, and Mustard was missing completely.

This place always packed! Everytime we have ordered carry out upon arrival our food was taken by someone else as they just leave the orders by the entrance! Yesterday bought more than $60 worth of food, order was messed up, there was hair in one of the wings! And the boxes were messed up and not closed properly! I know Thursdays are busy but this is a constant issue with this location!
Super delicious. The employees and the manager are super nice and they check on you as well to see if everything is alright. The place is very big and the fríes are very delicious too. I recommend the Mango Habanero for the wings they are spicy but very delicious, this is one of my favorite restaurantes!
