I typically don't go to Carl's Jr, but my husband wanted that for dinner this evening. Restaurant was clean as was the drink station and bathroom. We were greeted as we approached the counter by an amazing employee, Amanda. Her customer service is impeccable. A rarity these days. We came in about 9pm and she was in a wonderful mood and was genuinely happy to help. She let us know about some deals and a couple other upcoming promos for summer. Very professional. I wanted to name her bc she deserves to have management give her some recognition. Burgers were good, fries and zucchini not so much.

After arguing with a AI in the drive thru for 5 min I pull up to the window not even knowing if my order is right. Sit at the window for 5 min too and get ignored. I just drove off what a horrible experience. Whatever money you think your saving using AI and not humans is wrong. You lose business using this and it is not ready for every day use never going back to this location again

Ai in drive thru is kinda annoying. It sometimesGets the order wrong and when I get to the window the order gets repeated to me and fix so, what the point of the Ai if I still have the order asked again at window. Plus it's asking way to much want to try this and that.It's better if it's a regular person talking.Everything else is good but the drie thru AI.

Worst Carl's Jr ever. Fries were old and cold. Cheeseburger was even colder and forgot the cheese they charged me for. Didn't realize until I got home.
Fine for lunch and dinner. But the breakfast grilled cheese was disappointing, bread wasn't toasted correctly, so it's not grilled cheese so much as it is a breakfast sandwiches with regular white bread.

On two breakfast grilled cheese, the bread was not toasted like it's supposed to be . Also, one was supposed to be bacon. They even put a bacon sticker on it, and it had sausage . We couldn't even eat it, but we were too far along to turn back and complain.

I went through the drive through and failed to receive my fries that were supposed to come with my meal,I called and explained what happened and asked if I could get them at a later time because I was to far away and they told me no,they said I have to go back within 30 minutes to be able to receive them,I told them that I wasn't going all the way back just for fries,I find it ridiculous because it was their error and they made absolutely no accommodations ,I will not be going back there again.

I went through the drive-through and it is not a real person that takes your order. It took me 15 minutes sitting in line to get up to the window only to find out that my order wasn’t even close to being correct. I will avoid this location for a while. Hopefully my experience will be better next time.
