I would suggest customer service training for your managers. To stand in line for 30 mins waiting to order and then get treated with such a terrible attitude when clearly they just didn’t want to be of any service is unfortunate. Employers are struggling to hire and I get it but people like them put in management positions only hurt your business.

I have been here a few times as I live a few minutes away. These past few months the manager and employees are rude. They rush you in line and don’t you dare ask for any sides or vinaigrette because they will huff and puff and roll their eyes at you. Want rude customer service, come here. I’ll drive to another location or just go across the street to Cafe Rio.

Context: Placed online order and just wanted to grab a bottled coke as I picked up the order.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The fact that they make you wait in line for just a single bottled coke is... Quite outrageous :/

I ordered double steak in a burrito bowl. My bowl was not even half filled. The rice & beans were a sorry half scoop. They forgot to add corn to 1 of my bowls & 1 bag of chips. This order was not worth $38 ?

The African manager here with the accent is the worst. Always belittling employees infront of customersAnother rant: keep your online order line open late on busy days. It’s pretty clear the front line can’t handle both online and walkin orders! Order was suppose to be ready at 8:30pm and did not get it till almost 9pm

Went at 8:00 at night. There where about 8 people ahead of us waiting to order there food. We stopped and watched as the guy behind the counter made 3 orders then placed them in the Internet orders shelf. After that he served 1 customer in line then went back to serving 2 more Internet orders. He then once again served 1 person in line in front of us then went back to his Internet orders. See that he had 5 more Internet orders slips in front of him and there where still 6 people in front of us in line. As we had been waiting 20 minutes by this time we turned around and walked out.

Wow- this restaurant is SO. DISGUSTING. This is the 2nd time I have been in the last month and it was filthy both times. Overflowing trash in all the trash cans, drink/utensils area had soda spills everywhere and trash, and I kid you not-there was not a single clean table or counter to sit and eat at in the entire dining room. Not one. I even asked someone politely if they could please clean a table for us, no one did. So we went outside, and when we left like 35 min later, it still hadn’t been cleaned. If you like eating your meals next to an overflowing trash dump on tables with other people’s leftover food scraps then this Chipotle will be your new favorite restaurant. Otherwise, STAY AWAY.Food

We came in and waited in line for close to an hour then when we ordered they said there were no beans or chips which they’re clearer was and team member stated it was for online orders only smh everyone in line was pretty upset this is the second time it’s happened at this location they need new management here.

Customer service is terrible here... over 45+ minutes past pickup time for an online order and when I asked if they could check on the order I was told "just a couple more minutes" multiple times. Just for the food to never show. I had to request a refund after this lousy service. Worst chipotle in the area.

This will be my last time ordering from this place. The "steak" has gone so far downhill it's not even edible at this point. Half the pieces are fat and the other half are chewy grisel. Overpriced awful food.

Prayer Zero

I love going to this chipotle because the food here is amazing but whenever I come in I always see the big African man belittling and insulting his employees during a packed line and I can tell they're trying their hardest. He's also extremely loud, the servers have a hard time hearing because he yells and shouts everything he says and complains when people need an extra second to hear. I heard him argue with a customers multiple times and it really makes the experience not enjoyable. Hoping Chopotle can help keep him in check.

My daughter and I went in to this location today and the service was so bad. They workers were extremely rude and unprofessional. They throwing our food in the bag. When I asked the question about the prices going up, but the quantity going down, I was completely ignored. Even the manager that was working the line possibly training the young man at the register was very rude and seemed bothered that people were there and that he had to be there to work. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was going to eat there, but due to the stench in the lobby we had to leave. The food was okay. But again, their portion sizes went down for what they charge for the food, and definitely not worth it. Do better chipotle!!
