You messed up my first bowl so I had to re order. Than you gave me the second bowl with uncooked rice with almost no meat. Threw away both of my bowls. Very disappointed with your staff tonight.

My husband and I enjoyed the fresh food of Chipotle. I had a burrito and my husband had a bowl. Guacamole was fresh and yummy. Flour tortilla was delish as well as all the fixing. ALL team members were quick and worked well together. We arrived around 6 pm, and by 630pm, the line was around the room. Definitely a 20yr. old hang out, but a delicious place to eat.

If you want seasoned food and your rice and beans cooked thoroughly this is not the place for you. I’ve gotten food from here twice so far and each time it got nastier and nastier. I’m never expecting much from chipotle but this has to be the worst location to go to for it.

My order was ready at 12:10, waited in drive thru line behind one single truck whose order wasn’t ready. At 12:33 I decided to leave the line and go inside to get my food. The female manager walked away from me mid conversation and didn’t even make sure my food was okay after I expressed my concern of my food sitting there for over 20 minutes. Then as I’m leaving she yells throughout the store “have a good day” with an attitude. I thought how could I have a good day after the way she treated me? And now to be publicly embarrassed? I didn’t feel comfortable eating there and ate in my car instead. This place has an overall 2 star because management is incapable of keeping things flowing and treating people kindly.

They run out of the topping pretty regularly at this fairly new location, and the portion & food temp inconsistencies are frustrating - but the staff is the best I've ever regularly encountered at any restaurant, let alone Chipotle. Give them all raises, and maybe retrain management.Vegetarian options: Rice, beans, grilled peppers, sofritas (tofu crumble), sour cream, cheese, guacamole, multiple pico/salsa options, lettuce - all should be safe mKid-friendliness: Great kid options

Love my local Chipotle! I always go around an hour before closing... because I'm usually picking up dinner on my way home from work. I love that I get treated as if I was the first customer... never out of anything, always great customer service and the food always 10/10Parking: Plenty of parking

Owner up charged me.Cost me almost $44 for 4 veggie burritos.The guy making the food put a half scoop of beans on each of the 4 burritos.. so and I asked him if he could put just a pinch more. He did, but then he told the lady at the register to charge for double beans. He also told her to change for 4 veggies. Veggies cost over $9 each.. but my order at any other Chipotle would have been considered a "three side veggie" at $5-ish each. He turned a $25-ish order into a $44-ish order.I asked someone if that was the manager and they said that it's the owner. He was very rude to me. Talked to me like I was a child.I've been going there from time-to-time since they opened. They are consistently the worst experiences compared to any other Chipotle.Not going there anymore. I'm done.

My wife and I enjoy Chipolte from time to time. When this one opened near our home, we were happy. We tried it when it first opened and were surprised to the small portion size compared to other Chipoltes. When ordering a bowl, we found the dinner did not fill the bowl like we have seen elsewhere. We decided that perhaps it was due to new restaurant and new crew. We tried it again this week and were disappointed to find the skimpy serving size once again. The food and service are OK but the serving size is really skimpy. We recommend the Chipolte on Litchfield and McDowell, you really get more for your money at that location.
