When Crumbl first opened, it was great now it has really slipped. I don't know if they got too big for their britches or what, but it appears that customer service is secondary and quality has just become so abysmal. The sad thing is I was a loyal customer used my points And everything a month ago, the app wasn't working and I called to place an order to pick up for the Keylime pie and was told that I could not do that so of course I I didn't go to the store fast forward to today I was interested in getting a couple of raspberry cheesecakes for nurses week just for some coworkers and I place the order on the app and prepaid it and when I got there, it still was not ready and it was supposed to be ready at 6 PM I got there at 6:13 and it was still not ready andI was crunched for time because I have to be at work tonight unfortunately I never got to try the new cheesecake because if I had waited, I would have been late for work. I am disappointed and will not be returning to any of the crumble cookies.

Crumble was delicious but a bit expensive for a cookie with frosting and the flavors change every week so you can't just chose what you want it has to be out of six different kinds but everyone there was nice. But there could've been music it was really quiet and only 2 people were working of what I can see.

My cookies where amazing my food was amazing. It was so good. Oh my God they were just so nice. My surface was amazing. My cookie was soft on the inside, but on the outside, it was perfect. Oh my God, so chocolatey and good. Good, good, good good good good good good good good good good good good good.

I love that crumbl always has new flavors of cookies to try out. Since they are soo sweet we only crave them and splurge every so often. We went to this location to try out 2 new things and left happy. It was super quick and service was good. I like the convenience of this location considering it is right off the freeway. Cookies tasted good, fresh, and SWEET!
