I drove up at 10:02pm to the drive thu, the first thing I hear is a girl complaining about being stuck until 1 o’clock in the morning (sorry to hear that). But when she realized I was in the drive through, she asked me to hold and 10 minutes passed (at this point two more cars were behind me and I hate the pressure ) so I drove up to the window. The girl came up and decided not to acknowledge me it wasn’t until her coworker who was busy mopping had to point to her that I was at the window. She shrug her shoulders so her coworker put the mopped down and came to assist me. I’m not sure who’s leaving these kids in charge, she clearly doesn’t want to be there. This store needs proper management.

This is my favorite ice cream spot in Goodyear. I love that they have chocolate soft serve and their employees are always extra helpful and sweet. Heck, they even had smiling faces when they air conditioners went down and it was super hot outside.

I ordered my food at 4:30pm and it was still 4:43pm and my order wasn't made yet I definitely don't recommend it to anyone. Never coming back here my onion rings were cold my meal with chicken strips and fries was cold too very disappointed in the manager and customer
I ordered via the drive thru. A little bit of a wait. It didn't seem they had a good system in place. The food was average, nothing particularly great. The cashier was friendly though.
