A damn shame that it’s 2024 and you can’t call the business. Their phone number is out of service so forget ordering on the way home when you’re in the car unless you wanna kill yourself trying to use the website while driving.

I was dying for their massive brisket baked potatoe after my rough tax day, so I went a couple blocks down and walked into Dickies BBQ 4/12 about 2pm and there were 2 patron eating and you could hear a pin drop. The guy behind the counter was very nice. He pulled out 4 small potatoes wrapped in plastic, which they looked like they were from yesterday, shriveled and not whitish in side. 2 each in an order, ya know, the kind you get in a 5lb bag small with minimal typing. $12/ea. Came out to $26. I know there is inflation, but yesterday's potatoes and they are are half the size? Come on now! We spent $212 for Christmas dinner for 2. Everything. Fresh. Incredible ?. This was less to be desired. Will not be back nor for Christmas again. Too bad I couldn't post my pictures with this review ?

Wrong food we ordered brisket and they gave us chopped meat that was mostly bark.
It was dry and tasteless. I talked to the store as soon as we got it home and they said a manager would contact me. I followed up after hearing nothing and the customer service representative said that they would again contact me…..still nothing. No wonder the place was empty.

Decent BBQ in a distractingly fast-food environment. The food is actually better than I expected, partly because the place feels like a Burger King. Service was really slow, but that was due to understaffing; the two friendly guys running the whole place were working fast and constantly.Weirdly, those were some of the best fresh-cut fries I've ever had, anywhere.

First time today delicious food the manager brandy cooked the wings fast and I loved it hoping to come back here next time. Also she was very patient communicating with my mom being deaf hard of hearing.
After an issue with my delivery order that was missing part of the meal, Johnny who answered my call stood out with his exceptional service. His kind and understanding approach swiftly addressed the problem, turning a potential inconvenience into a positive experience. Kudos to Johnny for his outstanding customer service.
