This is one of my go to places for breakfast. They have great bagels and egg sandwiches. My only complaint is that the service at times can be slow. There seems to be a lot of people working behind the counter and that is why it is confusing as to why it takes a while to get your food. I do think they get a lot of online orders which probably bogs down the service a little. The food is worth the wait though.
Pretty good. Often out of bagels I want and frequent issues with orders,. But when right, food is pretty good.

We ordered a pickup on 25FEB2024 for 1340. I assumed they would be out of some things and would call us if they had any issues. Instead of doing that they let us drive all the way to the location to let me know that they had nothing in stock. We arrived at 1330 and the store was already cleaned up and ready to close. The ladies knew they had nothing in stock and didn't bother calling us to tell us not to come. Then they wouldn't refund us and it was a huge headache of two months of complaining to Einstein that we didn't get our order. We ended up having to dispute the charge and Einstein finally budged on it. Terrible experience. The employees knew they couldn't fulfill our order and didn't let us know, extremely frustrating. They were just standing around on their phones because all their closing duties were done already. You are telling me not one of them could have called us to tell us this? Also, the store really can't refund a pickup order? Never going back to this location.

I don't typically eat bagels, but I heard Einstein's was good. The service here was awful, I never felt so belittled in my life. The red head working the register has a horrible standoffish attitude, and her tone was terrible.The food was so-so, not as good as everyone was saying. I ordered a Nova-Lox with barely any fish, and for that price I expected more. Also they close it like a sandwich instead of leaving it open. I don't think I would recommend this place to anyone.

Pretty darn good!!! Breakfast burrito was awesome ?!!
The seats and tables were dirty. They ignored people walking in and when we got our food it wasn't cut all the way and soggy. The girls behind the counter were chattering and not helpful when we asked to cut the sandwich all the way through. The top was cut not the bottom.

Great people at this Einsteins! I ordered a bakers dozen box and 2 coffees at 5am when they had just opened. Dan and the other employees greeted me with a smile and happy attitude. I really appreciated this great customer service so early in the morning! Thank you!

Bagels wee delightful and tasty. The rest of the sandwich was not made with quality ingredients 2 small thin pieces of bacon no substance also the white in the egg looked microwaved.

I was in Einsteins on Wednesday and the staff was absolutely amazing. They welcomed me and took my order right away. The shift manager with the brown hair and glasses was very nice and had a smile on her face the whole time. She gave me my food (that was made perfectly) and thanked me for stopping in. I highly recommend Einstein Bagels!
Showed up a little bit ago for a quick bagel with a friend. I ended up choosing the everything bagel, toasted with extra Schmear [cream cheese]My friend made a little joke to the employees because I always say the saying “respect the Schmear” and I gotta say they did not disappoint.10/10 would recommend this location.

I am pregnant and had a craving for a breakfast sandwich. I ordered a bacon, avocado and egg breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. They gave me that sandwich on a blueberry bagel. I am trying to reduce my sugar intake and didn’t want anything sweet on my savory breakfast sandwich. Won’t be ordering from here again.
The bacon is never cooked. Can't eat it there because I have to bring the sandwich home to cook it myself.
