Chicken was burnt and extremely dry. Paid $40 to eat macaroni and cheese, corn and mashed potatoes. I suggest getting your chicken from Safeway. At least their rotisserie chicken is Edible

This location has officially gone downhill! Absolutely No customer service whatsoever! Greeted with a " what do you want " when I pull up to the speaker in an Empty drive thru is Absolutely Unacceptable!! Manager was of No help whatsoever when an issue with my app arose, avocado was tough to eat & the already Tiny salsa cups were barely half filled!!!! This location Must be overhauled Completely! I Will Not go back here again! Only wish I could give negative stars, they aren't worthy of even 1 star!

Okay, so I like my nachos plain. Just with the chicken, beans and cheese. That said, they're usually great but this visit they were very skimpy! Hardly any chips, beans or cheese. I don't mind paying for only three ingredient nachos, but I at least expect it to be "full".
If you're going to close early, change the hours that you are open for business online so people don't waste their time and gas driving to your location for

Ordered a 16 piece meal from this place and it was dry as the Desert, sides luke warm, and the total meal was garbage. Called the next day to speak to a manager, the man answering the phone at 10:55 am on Sept 4th and would not give his name, was argumentative and threatened me! Wanted me to take pictures? I did not call on Sunday because my family was here and did not want to make a scene!!! WTH is this moron talking about! I have eaten at El Pollo Loco for over 30 years, and this is the worst food and service EVER!! Run from this location and this "Manager" Needs to be terminated!!
