Dear Palm Valley,I have emailed per your instruction and as of today date I have not heard back...

Played the course a few days ago. One 9 was closed for overseed, one just reopened and the other hadn't yet. Considering the time of year the course was in good shape. That wasn't the issue. The issue was the staff as well as the rules that Arcis puts into place.I am an Arcis prime member and also a member of the PGA of America and have worked in the golf industry for 20 years. The first issue our group encountered was one of the on course marshals, his name was DC. On the first hole there was confusion as there were multiple groups in the tee. DC showed up at the tee and just drove off down the first hole with no direction of who was actually supposed to go first. On one hole late in the round, one of the members of our group hit the ball in the dirt just off the fairway. He drove his cart to the edge of the grass with one wheel in the dirt. DC was behind the green and drove straight towards us. He took a path in front of the green and drove down the fairway to make sure we didn't hit and then lectured the other cart to keep the cart fully in the grass. When driving away, he drove thru the dirt to go talk to the group behind us.If you actually read this review you all know that this one wasn't that big of a deal for the course or the cart but definitely not the way to approach a group. Kindly wait until we finish the hole and let us know what needs to happen going forward if putting a wheel in the dirt is such a big deal.As an Arcis Prime member during the season you get a free meal with purchase of a round. Apparently starting this year the meal is done in only. With a pregnant wife at home, I was going to take the meal to go for her. The restaurant staff and the golf shop staff did not budge on a bad rule passed down from above. It is pretty par for the course for Arcis. Some locations are managed well while others make you feel unwelcome. More of a "no" oriented culture instead of "yes".

This 27 hole layout is great.Greens are fast and true. Bunkers have been improved.Fairways do have some bare spots and there is no excuse with all the rain lately. Staff are all excellent . Beer is a little expensive but the ladies are always pleasant. The arcis card is well worth the price. This has been my home course for 3 years now.

This course is a great track. Nice layout and in good condition. Although a few things need to be attended to No beverage carts through the 4.5 hour round. Also bunkers around greens need attention. Last time they were groomed I was single. Besides from that good value and a pleasant round

My group initiated a round of shots rule for any birdie scored. Fortunately no one got a birdie. Lot of bogey and double bogey golf being played which is ironically par for the course for Jimi. Shot a 95 NBD. Jimi's lady friend has a fun rule that your score on a hole should be based on style points and not the amount of strokes. Like if you get a 5 but had an awesome chip that was inches from the cup then you get 3 actually. Think there's something to this method. Course was nice. Would golf again. Feel free to take a rest hole when needed and pick it back up on the next one. 5 stars

I signed up for Arcis in August at $79 per month for 12 months. I just noticed that they started charging me $106 per month without any notice and contrary to the terms I agreed to when I signed up. I was told that they simply decided to change the price for everyone and are no longer honoring the original agreement I signed. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I am strongly considering canceling my membership and my wife's. A company that is willing to charge more than the agreed amount without any notice is not the kind of company I want to do business with

Golf course was in embarassingly bad condition. Half the fairways were bare dirt/mud. Bunkers were washed out and unplayable. Greens were sloppily cut with long lateral lines through them which made for uneven, slow, and bumpy rolls. The hole placements looked as though they hadnt been recut in over a week with brown frayed edges. Just sloppy, sloppy ,sloppy, and lazy maintenance all the way around. Tee boxes hadnt been mown in probably a week and were lumpy and uneven. No attempt to prune or trim rough or overgrown areas had been taken at all. This facility is being completely neglected and I wouldnt be surprised if they have to eventually sell the rest of the property. I wouldnt have minded the bad conditions if it would have been mentioned, but it wasnt. And in addition, I payed over $70 for "summer rate" green fees, which is absolutely ridiculous. Their "small" bucket of range balls cost about $8 and had no more than 25 balls in the basket. More like a micro midget basket. Pathetic to charge that much for a tiny bucket of balls like that when theyre already overcharging for the greens fees. Other courses in the valley such as Raven, and Desert Canyon were $50, included balls, and were in much better condition. Its obvious the maintenance crew is either lazy ,understaffed or both, which fall directly under the superintendent, operations manager, and GM's responsibility. I do NO recommend playing this golf course. It was a huge disappointment and waste of money.

Fun course and EXCELLENT staff .. very friendly and helpful. My wife lost her sunglasses before the round at the facility and by the turn someone had found them and drove them out to us. Fantastic crew!

Plam Valley "The Palm Card" is a rip off ($50). You accumulate points by using their range and golfing on their course. But they adjust the level of points for a reward as the months go along. They don't tell you this when you sign up for this.

Great place to practice! Great staff and 3 fun and usually in good shape 9's! If you live in the west valley it should be a regular visit as it always has fair rates! Any questions always call the golf shop they are friendly and helpful but busy so get to the point as they have other callers and visitors to help. Enjoy!

We are visiting in the Glendale/Litchfield/Goodyear area and brought our clubs along. Palm Valley offers three hole configurations--we played the west course. The course was in good shape and the attendants were very nice an accommodating. We had a later tee time (which reduces the cost of play) and finished just before dark. We are usually walkers, but this course requires a cart, as the holes are very spread out and we had to go quite a distance to the first tee box. Attendants were on the course with a beverage cart. COVID-19 restrictions were enforced with masking, no water coolers, cups etc and flags were left in for putting. Carts paths were marked and the 90 degree rule for carts in the fairway was posted. As a visitor to Palm Valley, it would have been helpful to have better signage for holes with distances, yardage, etc. We found ourselves scrambling to look at the score card to check hole layout and yardage on a regular basis. Everyone was friendly, we enjoyed our round of golf and will probably be back before returning home. I wish I would have played better but unfortunately that was not the fault of the course.

Our first time playing the course and it was about $90 to play which is ok if the course is in good shape, but it wasn't. No sand in any of the bunkers we were in, grass surrounding tee boxes and greens all choppy and bad. The layout of the course was pretty decent but for what we paid, it wasn't worth the money. I won't be back. Sundance golf course in buckeye is in a lot better shape and fair price. But, a few tournaments at other courses made us try Palm Valley. Disappointed!!

Been playing this course for quite sometime but not anymore. The quality of the courses just get worse and worse and they want to charge a premium? Then put together a premium course. The fairways are always WAY over water and there is absolutely no sand in the traps. It's more like hitting dirt out of them. The club house guys acting like you were bugging them when you come in and have a shitty chip on their shoulders. Also be nice if they would let you know when they have tournaments but they don't. Moral of the story is don't waste your time or money here.

This is an awesome course to come play! The price is very reasonable and the course has some nice challenges to it. The staff is very friendly, and the pace of play here is also exceptional. We would see the ranger every 5 holes, and it's nice to see that they are making sure groups aren't taking forever. We played the West and the North, but they also have the East and the South. I don't know if I would try the other ones because the 18 we played was a great time. The course is long and presents challenges that make for some good golf. Some of the greens and fairways were a little torn up, but it was few and far between. The club looks to be well maintained, and if you're looking for some good golf I would come here again! We did not eat in the clubhouse after the round, but the food looked like your typical bar food. Overall I had a great experience here.

Nice people to deal with in pro shop but the maintenance staff is doing a poor job. Cups are rarely set to proper depth. The fairways are starting to come around but the tee boxes are a mess. The condition of the bunkers are among the worst in the valley. Especially number 7 on the South course. Try putting some sand in there guys.
