The owners have several restaurants in Arizona, I've been to all of them. All locations have amazing quality and good service.

TERRIBLE! THE WAITER CECIL STEALS TIPS FROM YOU BY ADDING GRATUITY. I was a party of 1. Was seated right away however the chef came out to cook a hour later..the waiter was horrible…no good customer service at all. Entire table Drink orders was mixed up. The waiter took forever to provide refills, added gratuity on everyone’s check when no one had a party of 6 or more. When the table requested a manager the ENTIRE staff gave a different story. “The manager is busy, the manager is not here, the chef is the assistant but he’s cooking and can’t help with any issues”. What kind of establishment is this? How is it ok steal from your consumers. So much rudeness happened during my visit tonight! I’m disappointed

We eat sushi quite a lot, and we all agreed this was some of the best we’ve had. The ambience was very nice, and the service was excellent. We will definitely go back.

We went as we have not been there in about two years. The first thing you notice is the hostess that looks like he has other places to be. He mumbled and we had to ask him a couple of times to repeat. Once we were seated it took 22 minutes to give our drink order. The girl that was bussing the next table over placed all the dirty dishes right next to me. The food was good and was cooked to order. The restaurant was pretty busy so that is good.

This was the first time me and my husband visited Hayashi. The restaurant atmosphere was somewhat quiet and relaxing. The two sushi rolls my husband ordered were fresh and made excellently.

Update: went a second time with family from out of town. We all LOVED it. Amazing food, experience, chef, sake bombs! Everything was so fun and so amazing! I'm so shocked by the low ratings bc this place is definitely our fav over here!

I come here about 3 times a month an let me tell you it never disappoints! Julian is always are cook! He is funny and will make your experience there wonderful ? 10/10 recommend! Food is always amazing as well.
