This place usually is quick but BEWARE if ordering delivery/take out then you are just flipping a coin to see if you are going get everything you ordered. Of the 7 or 8 times I've ordered from here I didn't recieve my shake except for 2 times! I understand that sometimes the shake machine needs to be cleaned but your app shouldn't allow someone to order something that isn't available and if they do then at the very least give them a refund. A soda is not equivalent to a shake.

I love the $5 Jack box it comes with chicken or Ginger jumbo to Tacos curly fries and a medium drink for $5 you cannot go wrong with this specially during these hard times thank you Mr

After making me pull forward I watched another car take three bags of food back in. The girl came out with 2 bags of food for me. I went through one of the bags and told her that it wasn't my order. She went back inside and tried to give me the 3 bags that the guy took in and he came out with the two bags I gave her.

Taking 45 minutes to get a meal is ridiculous for a fast food place. Do not come here at all ever even if your starving. Just skip it all the way around ! Please please avoid this place any time of day

I am so impressed by the impeccable customer service skills Jovani (I hope that’s how you spell his name) presents. My husband and I went through the drive thru for a late night order, and from the minute he greeted us on the intercom speaker, he gave us such a wonderful experience. You can tell he cares about his role in the company and definitely shows up to make a difference. I sure hope his amazing efforts are recognized!

TOPFLIGHT 602 *

This Jack in the Box never has anything on the menu. Either they are out of cheese, ground beef, or buns, tacos, Dr pepper cherry flavored. I came here on 1-1-2024 trying to order the New Smashed Burger double bacon and was told they don't have bacon and they didn't have that type of ground beef as well like seriously this is posted on you Windows up front False Advertising Never coming back here again!

They play that game with corporate, ask you to pull forward so their drive thru time stays low. Then you get cold food, no straws, no ketchup. Terrible management, teaching young employees to cheat a system.
