Rep Janessa had enough nerve to be so unprofessional to contact me and tell me that I never should order any promotion that was aired by there website that it was a hack and putting it back on me even though I had a receipt for every purchase from the company website.They have not even completed my purchases and have had no refund to the purchases. Janessa is beyond unprofessional with lack of communication and respect to blaming a customer for nothing in their control besides ordering.Overpriced and unprofessional staff don't waist your time here , Tropical Smoothie Cafe have better quality and staff.

Me and my sister went in here and I just want to say the costumers service could’ve been better, the girl with the red hair I think her name is Ty (Ty Z on receipt) her face looked so uninterested and she seemed so bored listening to us order. Then this guy with blonde hair walked over to the counter and he was so awkward he just placed it there and didn’t say nothing. I didn’t like it. And the smoothies weren’t that good like at all but the waffle was good. Overall 2/10…

I'm so over this location. Today will be my LAST time ever visiting this location. I've had my food completely burned to a crisp and served to me like nothing is wrong. I guess they don't update inventory either and allow people to place orders of items that are out of stock. I drive all the way here to be told... "We're out of pumpkin. We can refund you and it will take 4-5 business days "... really...Smh ?! Didn't even offer me something for the inconvenience...

Poor customer service! Racist female employee. Complaints are not taken serious. This establishment use to have good employees but not anymore. Will go next door to colados for better customer service and I hate the smell of coffee.

Just got an acai bowl and cheers to the dude working now, maybe he's the manager on duty and everyone else called off, but got a bit busy for one but he handled it. Corporate, or franchise owner.....help the guy out or get him a raise. 9/13/22 12:34pm
